China King — Restaurant in New Brunswick

I placed an order on 1/22/2025 at 7:50pm for delivery . My food did not arrive until 9:38pm . The person on the phone said $16.00 , the driver said $16.01 , I paid $16 exactly cash and had tip money in my pocket until the driver said “so no tip for me?” I thought that to be very unprofessional so I did not give him a tip because why are you asking for one… Mind you , I got my food almost 2 hours later. I then go to eat my food and my food is COLD . not even warm . So I call and let them know and they said to bring the food back tomorrow for a refund … which is also weird , no ? They also said 45 mins to an hour for the food but it was longer . The man on the phone starts to argue with me and I tell him i’m never ordering from them again because of how unprofessional they were .. He then says “Yeah yeah yeah” & so I hung up . I’ve never experienced anything like this before with this place, so I’m baffled at how they acted . I’d give them 0 stars...

my bf and i ordered it after a long day. food got to us very well packed, warm, and quickly. it smelt and looked great. he got pork fried rice with broccoli and general tso's chicken. i got pork fried rice with boneless spareribs. about an hour after tho i ended up getting food poisoning and he had some issues as well. i don't think the pork fried rice did us in, but i for sure think that those spareribs gave me the food poisoning. my bf wasn't as bad as i was but he still had issues so i'm thinking his chicken was what got him. i've never dealt with something as bad as this and have made multiple bathroom trips tonight. when ordering from this place stick to veggies and rice, don't go near the meat like we did. it tasted great going down but no amount of flavor is worth...

This is by far the worst place to order from. I have ordered several times and each time it’s been a huge problem. One time they randomly canceled my order that was scheduled for delivery and after an hour of waiting for delivery I called to find out what was going on and they said it was cancelled for NO REASON! Later today I called to place a delivery and the lady said that there is n extra 3 dollar charge and when asked why she said “don’t asking me why” I cancelled that order and will bc contacting the bbb to advise if their change i prices and random up charges. DO NOT ORDER...
