Arby's — Restaurant in New Castle

Leaving an edit bc I just realized the owners responded months ago. Sorry but there is nothing you can do to make it right. We aren’t eating there anymore because soggy bread is disgusting and there’s nothing the employees can do about that unless you switched back to the other bread. We haven’t been back, just like I said. Do better so you don’t lose others business. That’s all I know to say.

I’m gonna leave my last review up since arbys can’t get their ish together. I don’t know why our arbys changed its bread recently but we won’t be back again anytime soon. The new bread can’t make it from drive through to baker park before the whole sandwich tastes like a soggy mess. The bread is horrible because it’s soggy no matter how fast you get the food home. Disgusting.

Normally we don’t have many complaints from here but we haven’t been eating here as much since they took away the market fresh sandwiches. I’m not sure what their problem is today but my husband went through the line, checked our food and they messed up so he went back through the line and asked for the correct food. They gave him a small bag with the correct item and he came home. Guess he should have checked again because he is now making a THIRD trip through the line after they gave him the exact same incorrect item AGAIN after he told them it was incorrect and asked for the correct item. This isn’t brain surgery and I’m not sure someone who can’t tell the difference between crinkle cut fries and curly fries should be working at a food establishment. At least they gave us a card for a free combo for next time but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place after my husband checked the order and went through the line twice to begin with. Waited in the drove thru line for a half hour. That might have been acceptable if the restaurant had been busy but while waiting I noticed that they would take an order and then when the next the car pulled up to the speaker that driver would be asked to wait. It was almost as if they were taking an order, preparing it, then sending it out before taking the next order. When it was finally my turn to order I was also told to wait. When the drive thru attendant came back on the speaker his first words were " I have to inform you that we are not taking cash, only cards". I only had cash on me so I inquired as to why customers were put thru a 30 minute wait only to be told Arby's isn't accepting cash. He told me the only time to let people know was when they got to the window. Arby's should put on their big sign outside that they do not accept cash so people don't waste their time in a 30 minute line. UPDATE: I could not open the link that was sent from management. However, we tried Arby's again today. We ordered turkey club but got a chicken wrap. Also, they told us they no longer serve shakes, which is the major reason we even go there. On top of everything else, when I called the phone number they have listed to explain what happened, so maybe I could get what I ordered, it was a fax number. We are done...

Ordered online. Was there within 5 minutes. Waited at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes. Finally got to tell them we ordered online. Got to the window and was given our shakes, without straws. Was given our food shortly afterwards. I asked if the straws were in the sack, they looked in the sack and said yes. We pulled away from the window and looked in the bag and there were no straws. I backed up to the window and honked and waved my hands and stuff. They finally came to the window and handed me the straws. I pulled away and my girlfriend then noticed that one of the sandwiches was not in it. I went back around to the window and honked and waved my hands and stuff again. They finally came to the window… again. I told them that they didn’t have one of the sandwiches in it. They went away from the window and came back really quickly with another bag with the sandwich in it. We told them that the fries were bad also, but she ignored us saying that.
