Well I did a mobile pick up, not door dash, and they had all my food ready but decided to steal my French toast for drive through thinking that I was a doordash driver and would not let the customer know, but after another 3 minutes waiting for my order, the guy actually came up with my cold order and said doordash. I told him that this was my order, not doordash and I did not appreciate having my food cold now so that they can steal from my order. I left and the only thing warm when I got home was the French toast. So do not doordash from this place as they seem to be OK with the staff at this location let your food sit just so they can move drive thru. I have stopped going here for the fact that this place has hard overcooked biscuits and the egg is barely there. The service gave 2 different customers while I was waiting (that's how long I waited) empty coffee cups knowing that they did not have coffee that the customers could get themselves, which should tell you all you...
Read moreOkay, the food was probably better than a 3. It tasted good. There was no line menu board and only two cars in front of me. I waited at the menu, five plus minutes before anyone greeted, then after ordering it took more than 20 minutes to get to the window. After paying I was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on my fries. I waited there about 15 minutes. It takes 2 minutes and fifty seconds from the time you drop fries till they can go out the window.
Then the order: A.) no sauce on one of two chicken wraps B.) I got food I didn’t order C.) I didn’t get food I did order
In high school I worked at Burger King. There was a drive thru timer that started blaring at the 5 minute mark. Drive thru times were routinely 3 minutes per car on average.

Take forever to acknowledge that you are at the speaker, then when they finally do they are either out of everything or only taking cash and that's if they are open at all. Half the time they are closed because no one shows up to work. Employees are rude. The person in charge of ordering supplies needs to be fired for being incompetent and not knowing how much stock they need. This is a pretty busy location so if they order a little to much it's not going to be wasted. Corporate needs to step in and completely revamp this location. I have literally watch about ten customers drive away in the 30 mins I have been waiting. Losing a lot of customers.
