Pizza King — Restaurant in New Castle

I will NEVER order Pizza King from RD 3 ever again. I have had repeated problems from that location. A couple nights ago they decided it was ok to take a slice out of my 12 inch ½ and ½, along with ⅔ of the topping from the slice right beside it. They tried to spread it around, space each piece out, to make it look fuller, but anybody that orders a pizza knows the sides touch all around. It wasn't hard to figure out the piece that was taken after looking at the topping. So I pushed it all together from there, and that is what is in the picture. I got out a breadstick for me and my kid, set them on the plates, then I opened the box and there it was or should I say was not? I checked my camera's and noticed it looked like the delivery girl that walked up to my house was wiping her mouth off in the car then once on the walk up. Needless to say, she lost her tip, and I got my $$ back. No other pizza. I was MAD! I feel kind of bad for chewing out the manager. Ended up costing her $6 for that slice, and I hope she loses her job too. She could have bought food herself with that. If she was THAT hungry, she could have asked, and I would have given her a piece. But she didn't. She literally took food away from my kid, with no hesitation. She definitely looked like she had not been skipping any meals either. Time to stop eating so much. Ridiculous. I have worked plenty of jobs I had to wait a very long time to eat and very hungry and thirsty, but I never messed with anybody's food. It is what it is. Another time from rd3, yrs ago, I waited 2½ hrs on a pizza and when it finally got here it was cold and a piece was taken out of that one too. This was the 1st time, but in an equally disrespectful manner. A complete disregard, for not only the customers safety, but their job security as well. Well over 6mos into the pandemic, almost a full year, still on lockdown. The 1st time we had eaten out at any resteraunt what so ever. I thought that would be the one type of food we could order and put it directly into the oven to cook again, kill off any germs, after disposing of the box safely and washing our hands well, etc. just in case, without ruining the food taste. That time I found out they took my pizza to another house, the ppl took a piece and found out it wasn't the right pizza for them, and their delivery driver just brings it over here to me 2 ½ hrs after I ordered mine. Needless to say, we didn't eat out again for a very long time. Idiots. So, no more Rd3 for me. She is lucky I don't post her pic and her car on here too. I could, but for now, I will decide not to be petty. She obviously either has an eating disorder or she just just thinks ppl are stupid and...

Our breadsticks weren’t edible and the Royal feast spaghetti I ordered without onion and specified at least 3 times no onion and be sure to not use meat sauce however our poor waitress brought me out spaghetti with meat sauce and onions!! 🥲the old lady in charge over charged my friend paying $12 and instead of editing her transaction she decided to take another route where she reran up everything and charged her again and told her that the first order will come back to her acct on 3 to 5 days—- but it’s been over 2 weeks now and once she called corporate she was told that they did that incorrectly so it could actually take up to 30 or 45 days to show back up in her acct!!!! That’s insane!! Our waitress was young and had moved up here from another state and she did a good job for us and was super sweet Aa she was terrified tho of the old lady running the register! Anyway- with a tip included my friend paid around $46 but she’s still been charged for both transactions and so she’s sitting right at $100 for a big sir sandwich (whole), r.f. Baked spaghetti and inedible breadsticks (how’s that possible- usually we fight over them lol) and a pitcher of cherry coke and a water! :( and nobody has tried to reach out or correct anything yet.. it saddens me bc she’s from out of town now but used to live here and she says she won’t be back after the way the woman talked to us and our waitress and didn’t care to even act the least bit concerned that we were leaving unhappy and hell I was still hungry bc my spaghetti had onions all over it (but she made it so she knows she didnt put them on there —- I guess I did that since they were clearly visible all over it and it was sent back with the one bite taken but spit back to the side bc of the...

Placed a online order..it doubled everything. Ended up paying 70$. I called and asked for it to be fixed, politely and that I would just come pick up the food. The manager that night said he couldn't refund it was at discretion of my bank. I've worked at pizza king- you do the refund then the bank puts it back on the card. I go down there. They won't give me the food but then claim they did the refund. I get a receipt that only shows the tip I gave not including the 70$ so I left with no pizza, no money, and still had to figure out dinner for my kids. I called corporate left a message hadn't got a call back so just called again today.. Apparently district manager has to look into it and being holiday season could take a few days. Absolutely ridiculous. If there was a choice I'd give 0 stars all the way around. Management was rude, one of the employees was nodding out. It was a complete joke, tons of ppl in the lobby waiting for there food and here I am still waiting on MY MONEY that I take care of my 3 kids with. Will not...
