To start off waitress name Sierra instructed us , the only part of the diner was open it was the part by the bathroom and we couldn't set anywhere else and that she didn't know how long it would be before we were going to be able to be seated, even though there was less than 10 people in the restaurant bad bad service eventually we got a seat. A manager seated us .I ordered the Chicken special with the fried chicken bacon Etc my husband ordered a breakfast and again strike to you're out I get a chicken sandwich first one I got was burnt the second one I got it had raw chicken on the inside and was supposed to be in the outside why returns it but this is the third time I've been in there and the waitresses are really really terrible. And as I was leaving a couple of the head just came in was going back out and young lady ran out to find out why there was even they were not satisfied at all so and before that complications of someone in the diner the police had to be called because someone was calling someone else a n* and I guess the customers didn't take too kindly of that but as far as I mean something should be done about the the food the cook and this young lady named Sierra I don't know what her personality just changes with the outcome of the customer but it should be that way everyone should be treated equally I am just so disgusted and this is my third time coming in there and I am so unsatisfied and I probably won't be coming back in there until next year maybe go updated but every time you come in here you got to sit where they want you to sit and it's not organized and the waitresses the females are there they're disgusting I mean they're really disgusting. And you know it's a shame because I really like IHOP the food is normally good from up New York but I know it's supposed to be the closer you get to the South the better the food supposed to be but that's not true that's not true at all maybe it's this just this one place but I would have been better off going to Burger King or McDonald's. But if you look closely at the pictures that I took you can see that the chicken is not done inside and you can get sick from that and I think there's a name for is called salamanders it comes from poultry not being cooked and it wasn't cooked inside and the outside was burnt it wasn't Brown it wasn't too Brown it was burnt. 🤐🤨😒 I definitely was not going to pay for that that sandwich I need the fries I was not going...
Read moreI placed my order online at 10:38 a.m. I received an automatic response confirming the order would be done by 11:02 a.m. I parked at Curb Side spot #5 at 10:52 a.m. I ended up having to check in with the front desk 3 times before my order was said to be done at 12:04 p.m. --an entire hour after it had indicated. I took my order to my car, and did a quick check to ensure there were no missing items. I noticed the onion rings I had ordered was missing. I went back to inform the front desk, who quickly took the order to the kitchen and returned with an order of onion rings. I asked to speak with the Manager, who was responsible for the lack of follow-through. The Manager, Joseph Mastiff (last name might be incorrect), came out to address me, because he certainly did not address my concern. After explaining to him the situation, he responded as if perplexed, and he said, "I don't understand what you want me to do." I said that I would like a refund. His comment was, "How much did you spend," as if to say, 'You didn't spend a lot of money --why would you need a refund?' He stated he could take my order back, and then refund me. He said he could give me a coupon for a free stack of pancakes. I asked for his name, and I left. When I got home, I opened my order to eat, and noticed my onion rings and toast were burnt, and my order was incorrect. I ordered the 2×2×2 with turkey sausages not turkey bacon --and yet my order came (incorrectly) with the latter. I chalk this up to poor management. The Manager did not handle this situation with empathy; he merely described his own issues with his employees as opposed to addressing my lack of satisfaction with the service. Read moreWe were a party of 9 and ordered all at the same time. We received our food 15 mins apart. My toast was cold, hard and had no butter my canoli panckes were not filled like the picture. The server took them with here opened them with her hands and brought the same ones back to me with canoli on the said saying oh it had only a little bit so I put some on the side for you. I refused and asked for new ones. My son in law was eatting his strawberry pancakes and found plastic in his pancakes. The manager did not apologize when it was brought to his attention but did offer to bring me new toast and never did. When we got the check were were charged a large drink for a childs drink. At this point it was to much and we were like whatever. Always check you check before paying.. Never came to the table about the plastic in the pancakes and never acknowledged that the service was poor. He seemed lost and everywhere, did not see him offer help anywhere not even to try and fix problems. It was busy and he was receiving lots of complaints also from other tables. The women's bathroom smells like several people went pee on the floor, the smell is DISGUSTING! We received the check and the tip was included already which is fine because a lot of this was not the servers fault. She did great job trying to correct all the errors that came from the kitchen. Overall the worse experience ever and very very poor management skills. We will never return there again! FYI.. the I hop on RT. 202 and Kirkwood HWY are by far better...
