First time going to this KK, won't go again. I went through the drive through and after figuring how their coffee drinks are made I ordered the mocha blended coffee drink. She said it was like the mocha frappe from McDonald but it's not. It's not small bits of crushed ice with coffee. It's more like pulverized ice. Very finely blended. By finely I mean small. So...she told me to pull up to the window to ofcourse take my money... and there I sat, sat, and sat. Mind you I don't mind waiting but no one even opened the winow and took my money or said we will be right with you...nothing!! I turned my vehicle off. And there were 2 young guys just inside the window wondering around. After the lady came to the window...maybe 5min...she wasn't pleasant at all. I told her it was my first time there and she said she hoped I liked the drink, I said me too. The straw that came with the drink was like kid size diameter. Nothing like you would get at mcds or cikfila. Also, drink was coming out the top of the lids so when I put the baby straw in some of the concoction ended up splashing on my seats, and some was already dripping down the side of the cup. AFTER ALL THAT I FINALLY TOOK A SIP. The first one was not to bad but I must have really wanted it to be good after all I've heard soooo many people go on and on about their donuts. Overrated. So after a few sips It began to taste like a bunch of chemicals. Didn't even taste like mocha, more like weird hazelnut, I don't know. Plus! This thing cost three bucks. Chick-fil-A still has the best coffee drink around by a mile..it's the frosted coffee and it has soft serve ice cream in it not ice. McDonalds is next with the mocha frappe. I love the little bits of ice I can crunch on, not with the one at KK. Save your money and don't buy the coffee drink...
Read moreI have never done an online review in my life nor been a difficult person to deal with. I'm not rude nor confrontational. I love my wife but i regret bringing her to Krispy Kreme in an attempt to make her day better with a fresh doughnut while bringing her home from making FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR HER MOTHER!!!!!!!! We waited patiently after being told to hold on a minute and then watching 4 people be served in front of us like we weren't standing there. And then after finally saying something and not even being rude about it be handled like we were aggravating and inconveniencing one of your rude employees. Why are customers apologizing and attempting to comfort us. I hate that my wife had already payed before she walked over to the doughnut machine laughing and joking about whatever they felt was so funny. Maybe we were the joke because i surely felt like it being that i was being treated like a nobody but still just handed over my money which will more than likely support her and keep her lights on. Long story short I'm no longer a fan of Krispy Kreme because that was a terrible experience at the wrong time. Maybe if i didn't spend the day trying my best to comfort my wife and watching there pain from losing her mother and his wife i would be so hurt. I'm a very private person so putting my business online is something I'm not a fan of and this may not be a big deal to Krispy Kreme but i hate that i stopped there because it made a bad day worse. Thank you Krispy Kreme. Oh and congratulations to the guys behind us for winning there year worth of doughnuts or whatever it was. Atleast someone had a better experience than us. I JUST FEEL THAT MY WIFE DESERVED BETTER THAN THAT TERRIBLE...
Read moreI went to Krispy Kreme specifically for the Harry Potter doughnuts. I am not, typically a fan of their doughnuts and this was not much different - 2 winners and 3 losers. Here is a rundown: All the doughnuts had a fondant emblem identifying each Hogwarts house. They could have done better as the fondant was inedible. In my opinion, they should have had all the doughnuts as the filled type. For the money being paid each house should have been filled with something that represented a themed food from the movie. They took the easy way out with the ring doughnuts. SORTING HAT - Meh! - loser: Basic filled doughnut with what, I believe, was just colored chocolate icing on the inside. GRYFFINDOR - Delicious - WINNER: Basic filled doughnut with a yummy center that tastes, to me, like a nicely done Cookie Butter filling. RAVENCLAW - Blah! - Loser: Basic ring doughnut with a glaze of artificial tasting Blueberry icing. Nothing special & not worth the money. HUFFLEPUFF - Yummy - WINNER: Basic filled doughnut with a Butterscotchy filling reminiscent of a Butter Beer flavoring. So good and right on theme. SLYTHERIN - Ugh! - Loser: Basic ring doughnut with a swirl of flavorless green icing & some type of very thinly layered cookie crumble. Completely lacking taste and, again, not worth the money. GOLDEN SNITCH LATTE: Caramel & Toffee flavored - Nothing special. Tasted ok but I wouldn't go out if my way for it.
The staff was AMAZING! they were kind, joyful & having fun interacting with customers. I may not be a fan of the doughnuts but the staff made the shop a...
