Pizza is pretty good but it is overpriced. However, they do often run specials that offer good deals and sometimes have good online only specials that are pretty good. Be sure you ask them if they are running any kind of specials or deals before you place your order because the store policy dictates that the employees are NOT allowed to tell you of any specials or deals, so you must specifically ask for them or they will not be offered and you'll potentially be charged full price for something that is on special. Sometimes the employees will inform you of any specials, but they can and have gotten into trouble for offering special prices without the customer asking. I don't like the policy but it really isn't the employees fault. I should note that this was how things operated in the Zelienople restaurant and I'm making the assumption the New Castle store has the same policy since, aside from the manager of each restaurant, they are ran by the same people. Also, it's worth noting that as of now (late December 2020), the Zelienople restaurant has been shut down completely due to Covid and, for reasons unrelated to Covid, are not going to reopen. It's unfortunate since the Zelienople location was much better than the New Castle one. If I was eating the Zelienople location, I'd rate it 4 stars for certain reasons but the NC location gets 3, but not because of the employees. Read moreI ordered a large thin crust half pepperoni mushrooms banana peppers other half super supreme and add jalapeños. 2 orders of wings. I got the 2 orders of wings and a large pan pizza. I really like pizza hut sauce and the thin crust. But for what ever reason the cook decides to always give me a different crust. This evening it was a pan. Before that it was the stuff crust. I said to Jacob who rang me out this isn't my pizza. He opened the box said half 3 toppings other supreme. As I am about to walk out the door I turned and asked Jacob is this a thin he said no pan. I said I ordered thin. He said we can make another 1 but it will take 10 mins. I asked why can't you get it right. He yelled at me its human error. I replied human error is 1 time. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and an order of breadsticks at 8:04, at 9:17 the delivery guy showed up with a cold pizza minus the extra sauce and seasoned crust I asked for and a piece of pepperoni I didn’t ask for because I don’t eat meat, and no breadsticks. So I called Pizza Hut and let them know the breadsticks are missing, the girl who answered the phone let me know that we live outside of their delivery zone and aren’t supposed to deliver here but they would bring the breadsticks to me. At 10:15 when the breadsticks still weren’t here I called to tell them to just take the charge off the card for the breadsticks, she told me the delivery guy had already left with them, well that’s great but I ordered them 2 hours ago!!
