I absolutely love taco bell food! Their employee's is a different story. Most recently, I went to the taco bell on state road 9 in Greenfield to get lunch after work. When I pulled up to the box to order, some little girl came over the microphone and stated "their system was down and they were not able to take any orders". Mind you there was people inside their dining area eating, and I had just watched another person leave the drive thru with an order! The girl did not try to explain in any way, she didn't wait for me to respond, and she clearly had an idgaf attitude about the whole situation. After getting home, I decided to contact taco bells customer service to inform them of the situation. The customer service employee did seem to care more about the situation than the initial employee and stated they would have it looked into. It has now been about 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything back. Last week, I was in New Castle and decided to put in a pick up order from that location. The order was filled quickly and efficiently but I was concerned when I arrived to pick up the order and found it on the front counter getting cold. I figured I would had to at the very least confirm it was my order but when an employee finally addressed me, they basically were like yep go ahead and take it. No biggie. But grub hub on the other hand billed my bank account for more money than what my order was for. Then I get explanation of my account will be credited back my money in 3 to 5 days.....REALLY!!!!! Do not use grub hub. They are over charging for the order and then want to hold your money 3 to 5 days as in my case, when the mystery cancellation occurs. I am seriously reconsidering my business relationship with taco bell due to this issue. I see it if they are aware of the situation and still use them then they are in collusion and therefore guilty by association and not worthy of my business or my families and or friends business. Read moreOn our last visit, we waited 25 minutes for our order placed on the app for dine-in. My parents ordered at the same time at the counter and had their food in about 5 minutes. All others who had app orders waited forever too. Another guy said he waited 20 minutes too.
After 15 minutes, I went to the counter and said, "excuse me" a few times. The guys on the line looked right at me ignored me. One guy even told another employee he wasn't going to answer. After saying excuse me FOUR TIMES, someone finally came over and told me "it'll be a while." No apologies, no explanation. They didn't even call our name or anything when the order was done.
