Arby's — Restaurant in New Garden Township

These guys just opened, and they don't seem to have hit their stride yet. Food was good, but they are re-defining the meaning of fast food. A lot of people on the far side of the counter seeming to be bewildered with what they are doing.

I will try them again in a month of so to see if they have figured things out. May 31, 2023 I just visited them again. I needed dinner fast. There was nobody at the counter, there were a few people wandering around in the back, with what appeared to be a manager wandering between the back and the drive-up window. After waiting for 10 minutes, I left, and went to their competitor across the street, where I was served as quickly as wishing for it.

I will not be going back to this Arby's. They don't seem to be the least bit interested in actually...

The fries were very old and hard it was disappointing 😕

They were sweet and kind but the food was a mess I’m sorry I wish I could say better but this is not what people expect from Arby’s sadly seems the “Kennett” area is doomed with how food should be prepared. The same people just keep getting rehired at different places that eventually shut down because of things like this. We are routing for yas but I don’t know when we will be back. 😞

Also spraying the tables while people are eating and mopping them in so that they have to walk on a wet floor to leave is not a good idea. Something bad could happen.

Again they were working hard and very kind and sweet but the curly fries were old and the sandwich was a mess...

I went here with my boyfriend of two years and I had to break up with him after his display at your establishment. The worker was a beautiful woman whose name I didn’t quite catch but went over to MY boyfriend and said “welcome to Arby’s we have the meats” excuse me mam? This is my man ho get your fermented out of date meat away from my hunky pooks. I’m disappointed in the way you treat hot men in your restaurant and the way you tell your employees to speak.
