I’m not from here but come to visit family every so often and go to this dunkin in the mornings. The first few times I came, it was pleasant, there was an energetic man taking my order and he was friendly. Coffee and food was good as well. This time I come, someone different comes on the intercom and says something unintelligible, not really sure if they are speaking to me so I stay silent. Then a few moments later the guy says “Yo… yo!” trying to get my attention. It sounded very rude and I don’t know if it was because I’m young that they thought that was an okay way to greet me but I found it rude and wondered if it had been an older person, would they have spoke that way to them?

That’s not even the worst part of this experience. I get my coffee and sandwich and it just doesn’t taste like how my hometown Dunkin’ tastes. My coffee was unsweet and my sandwich was burnt and didn’t have the correct cheese on it. Very upset about...

Disgusting!! I ordered an iced coffee, took a sip and it tasted terrible - when I inspected the coffee, I realized that the ice had a mucus type substance frozen inside most of the pieces 🤮 I, immediately, threw the coffee away and will never go back to this location. You would think that, especially during a pandemic, sanitary precautions would be the number one thing that is taken care of - apparently not at this location. When I reached out to Dunkin - I was told that their stores follow a strict ice machine maintenance and that it must have tasted bad because maybe they accidentally put a sweetener in it. When I emailed them a picture of the rancid ice - I got no response. I know what sweeteners taste like - it did not taste sweet....
