Burger King — Restaurant in New Hanover Township

Awful service every single day. I came at 4:50 pm tonight expecting to beat the dinner crowd. I arrived and there were only two cars ahead of me, yet it took me seven minutes to even get to the window. Upon arriving at the window, I paid and then was told that they have no chicken sandwiches cooked, so I had to wait for them to cook fresh ones. I was then asked to wait in the parking lot.

Update: I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for 8 minutes. Still no food. 16 minutes. Still no chicken sandwich.

Update: received my food at 5:09. 19 minutes. Got a hot crispy chicken sandwich...prepared incorrectly. They apparently ran out of lettuce and forgot to tell me. Management clearly doesn’t manage or supervise their people. It’s absolutely awful...

Went in sunday during lunch not many people in the store about 4, 2 were waiting for food and the others were eating. i ordered a simple chicken sandwich large combo as it came no changes. i waited 30 minutes for food to come out all why watching the staff joke around and pay little attention to making the food, went to the counter 10 minutes and 20 minutes into waiting with little remorse from the staff. i showed the receipt that it took 30 minutes for my order, and they simply said sorry and walked away if you are the manager at this restaurant please fire all the staff that worked last Sunday Sept 17th that was on...

Horrible customer service. Assistant manger Rosalind was very demeaning and not understanding to a complaint when the cashier register pricing was higher priced than the menu pricing on the wall. When asked why am I am being charged $1.30 more for an item, Rosalind said she can’t fix it. I ask to speak the manger to correct the pricing, she said she was the acting manager.
