If zero stars were an option, I would leave 0. I have been here every weekend since July first, simply out of convenience, and EVERY time they get at least 1 of the drinks in my multiple drink order wrong. The location is frequently closed for "training," but I dont know why. I assume it's training on how to make the drink wrong and then give attitude when asked to correct it. Why they're closed so much when they're only open half days on the weekend also doesn't make sense. You're only open half of the day, use the other half for training. There's a crazy idea! The staff is not pleasant. It seems like your being there as a customer is an inconvenience to their lives. You are never greated and when you say "hello/good morning/please/thank you" you are just stared at with this look of "I wish you would leave." When you're standing in front of the register and you're waiting to be helped, you are looked at by the entire staff, but ignored. They don't even acknowledge that you're there waiting and at least attempt to say "someone will be with you in just a moment." You can guarantee that you'll get at least 1 incorrect drink, but save yourself the shame of asking them to correct the mistake and just drink the $5+ mistake because if you say something, you'll be scoffed at and then talked about under their breath as if you cannot see or hear them. They advertise products the do not serve. How they have been "out" of the large straws for venti drinks since at least July first is beyond me, so you have to settle for the small straw that sinks inside of the drink because it's too short. What is so difficult about ordering more straws? YOU SELL DRINKS, GET THE CORRECT PRODUCTS YOU NEED FOR...
Read moreSo, starting off I am not as much of a Starbucks connoisseur as my wife is so I don't know how the drink should look most of the time. But, if I was a new customer I wouldn't know anyway.
So, the drinks in the picture are the same type of drink but from two different stores. Both are a Horchata almond milk frappuccino. The left is from a store off base. The right is from the store on base. Notice how different they are. The left is an actual frap and the right is like an iced coffee with ice. My wife told me that it wasn't right but I didn't know until we went to another store to compare.
When I first ordered it took awhile for the staff to figure out on the computer what I ordered and then asked again what kind of drink it was. I noticed that the staff was not familiar with the drink and used a hand-written guide to make it.
I know it's a new store that had been open for about a month but it seems the staff needs additional training for the drinks. Everyone was nice and polite but I won't come back...
Read moreWow...this has got to be the worst Starbucks I have been to in a long time. I got there around 7:30 am and they had a sign that they were out of cold brew and iced coffee. They were also out of grande cups and compensated by diluting the "grande" drinks with ice in a venti cup...smh. They were also out of the bacon sausage wrap so I ordered a butter croissant heated...only the sides were warmed the center was still cold. I ordered the toasted vanilla shaken espresso with oat milk, not sure what I actually got. Then my friend order some type of frappuccino that was supposed to have cookie crumbles and the girl said it would be extra only to find out that she made the wrong drink in the first place. Service here is usually mediocre but I deal with it by placing "simple" orders but the other day was exceptionally bad. Maybe...they should have stayed closed that day. I would recommend going to Wawa or somewhere else offpost. Not many Starbucks in the area,...
