The people that work here seem just generally confused.
Seated waitress 1 came out do you guys want food, yes please, no menus, no water.
She comes back with chips still no menus and no water. Can we have menus. Ummmm I don't know. She leaves.
Comes back still no menus what do you want to eat so we pull up the menu online and order. I got three bean and cheese street tacos on corn tortillas and Jamaica to drink.
Server 2 appears do you guys want food. Yes we ordered with the other girl. She says o I don't know. Leaves
Server possible manager Comes back with Server 3 do you guys want food yes we ordered, o we don't have that and then she just starts at us. All of it or ? We have a limited menu. Ok do you have that menu and can we order drinks. Just walks away.
Comes back with filthy paper printed menu. But tells me I can still get bean and cheese tacos on corn tortilla. She can't take drink orders unless it's a margarita, we need to order at the bar.
Order drinks at bar after nearly 45 min brings food. I get three BEEF AND CHEESE TACOS ON FLOUR TORTILLAS. not three bean and tacos on corn tortillas. I say this isn't what I ordered I ordered three bean and cheese tacos on corn tortillas. She responds uh I don't know. We both stare at each other awkwardly. She takes the plate and leaves.
Everyone at my table was 15min I te them go ahead they finish their food She comes back with the same beef and cheese on flour tortilla. I send it back. She comes back ok here. It's the same fricking plate.
I walk it in to a manager another 15 min I get a new plate BEEF tacos but on corn tortillas so I just say fine I'll eat it. I got charged extra $2 for cilantro and charged for tortilla salsa which I didn't order. Asked the manager to take it off She was very rude. Still never got my...
Read moreI suggested that my group of three try this restaurant for lunch and I totally regret it. The atmosphere of the place drew me in, but we should have suspected that something was off as we waited for the staff to notice we needed a table. We were finally seated, with some urgency, but the quality of service after we received our first water pitcher and placed our orders GREATLY diminished. Unfortunately, that was not all that made the experience such a negative one. There were very limited menu options, all of which were rather costly. Additionally, the restaurant currently only accepts cash and Apple Pay. As for the food itself, it just tasted bad. The ranch dressing was a winner, but the foods we ate alongside it were not. I thought it was nice having access to the adjoining bar at Sara's, and I did enjoy a beer from there. Overall, this experience was just awful. I don't know how long this restaurant has been in town, but I can't imagine it will last much longer if things don't change. I hope it...
Read moreWent here for the second time (first time since new ownership) a few weekends ago. The place is very cute, and is casual but more upscale food choices and prices. No worker we encountered was very nice. Being a cute, local joint, you would expect the best service and friendly staff. All the workers just had on jean shorts and t shirts. Our waitress had on a sports shirt. Didn’t fit the vibe at all and was off putting. I got the chicken salad sandwich. It was 85% apple, not chicken. Also very heavy on the celery. Wasn’t very good. I will say the potato salad was amazing. The iced tea is earl grey, which I like, but the menu doesn’t say that. Just says “piper leaf tea”. Earl grey isn’t a super common tea for people so if you were expecting a regular black tea it could definitely throw you off. My mom ordered an iced tea and doesn’t like earl grey so she...
