Service through Drive thru area was fine, but slightly slower than expected. Fries were served fresh, plus sandwiches were fresh and a hot temp. Overall, that wasn't bad. The guy taking care of drive thru was fine. Two team members were playing around with cell phones however. For a restaurant's standards of cleanliness, it really just doesn't promote a good clean image when you see people playing on their cell phones, putting them in their pocket, and handling other things in their pants pockets like car keys, or a young lady running her hand through a long pony tail of frizzy wavy hair hanging to her waist, then handling food orders for people inside dining in. Seemed pretty casual about me noticing like it wasnt anything they were concerned about. I've worked in restaurants & definitely worked for some of the better ones requiring food handlers permits/license which are obtained through the Health Dept. It's about caring and knowing food safety, so you don't get people sick. It's just better these days when people do their best to keep hands free of spreading possible cold viruses, stomach bugs, or other nasty germs capable of doing more harm to customers. People has no idea how many germs and what kind are often found on their phones & heavily used items like car keys. Gross to know, when those people are the people also preparing /handling food for the public. I've worked for 2 Arby's in my younger days, and we were much cleaner than what I seen...
Read moreOrdered a half pound number 1 meals and a chicken slider. Slider had no sauce and the piece if chicken was a broken part of a full peice and was hard as a rock. Couldn't eat it. The sandwich had 2 slices of meat and enough cheese dripping off of it for multiple sandwiches. The fries were not even half full and soggy. Drove over 600 miles for work today and decided to go there for dinner. Spent almost 30 bucks. Sorta feel like this was either a joke, or flat out laziness. Half expected this from teenager employees. Few young kids in the place and the food was terrible. The girl on the phone offered to replace it but I was already home and again, like I said, drove over 600 miles for work today and didn't want to go back. The girl on the phone wouldn't take my name, and let me come by tomorrow. Said "now or never." The sad part is, this is not the first time this has happened. This is just the first time I've said something. This Arby's needs better employees, or close this place down. No better than the McDonalds...
Read moreOrdered online. Show up to pick up food, drive thru is 10 cars deep. Proceed to park to go inside since I’ve already ordered and paid. Doors locked with people eating in lobby. Manager comes to door says she’s understaffed which I understand. But proceeding to tell me to wait in line for my food that was already made and waiting in the carrier? Before even asking me anything straight attitude. The lack of customer service that I’ve experienced from this location is beyond me. Yet despite negative reviews it won’t change. I get everyone has hard days, but by no means should you treat a patient customer with such disrespect. And then throw a tantrum while getting my food. In which no one got. I had to retrieve myself. 10/06 @ 12:20. I’ll stick to the Coventry location UPDATE: Jalapeño sliders- no jalapeños at all. Buffalo chicken sliders. Still raw chicken inside. Missing mozzarella sticks. Being short staffed doesn’t excuse cooking junk, missing items and taking peoples money. Don’t have things, not made...
