Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New Haven

I always order from here, never disappointed, except on 9/19/24 when I ordered 2 orders of wings well done, never had an issue. So I got home from picking my order up and they were burnt and very dry with little sauce, I called talked with Pam she said I could either have a refund or have them made another day, so I said another day would be fine I was headed back out for work and didn’t have time. So I placed and online order tonight 9/23/24 then called to have my wings replaced, they guy who answered the phone said he was the only one working and was doing any orders except online and that he should not have even answered the phone, i said ok well I did place and online order and want my wings with it, so then he says something about me adding for to his list of orders he’s already struggling with, i said I was sorry and even said he could take his time with mine I wasn’t in a rush, he then ask me a few questions then says I wasn’t listed anywhere in quality control to have anything remade, then tells me I have to wait and talk with Pam again. Honestly I feel like he just didn’t want to remake my food because he was already busy. Picture of the wings that were barely edible. Update picked up my Pepperoni pizza and cheeses bread, cheese bread was fine pizza was burrrrrntttt! I took it back in and told the guy I didn’t want burnt food AGAIN! He’s remaking it now. I didn’t get a pic of it because I went back in too fast to even think to take a pic. Now I gotta wait 10mims and my cheese bread is going to be cold by the time I get home. He did bring my pizza out to me when it was ready.

UPDATE- I called back to speak with Pam about this ordeal. She apologized replaced my whole order. I told her I’d also like to add some cheesy bread that I’d pay for and she told me no that she was going to throw those in with my order at no cost, and again apologized for what happend. I ordered a square cut well done Pizza that was undercooked sausage was lukewarm cheese wasn't even melted thoroughly and the dough was stretchy and gooey inside. The employees at this particular Papa John's are rude and disrespectful when I try to call as a courtesy because they always get the order wrong when I use the website. Last time it was an undercooked Pizza with the wrong details today I tried again and I was put on hold for 14 minutes and when I call back again I was hung up on and I called the third time as I was driving there myself to see the manager and I was told there was no manager on duty and that my pizza haven't even been processed as an order even though it was time for it to be picked up so I had to wait loidering in the parking lot and additional 25 minutes for a pizza I ordered an hour earlier. The guys that work in the kitchen are disrespectful young punks and I will never spend another dime in any Papa John's restaurant because of the unacceptable amount of belligerent disrespectful Behavior I have had to endure from this place if you want your whole night screwed up go ahead and try it out but you'd be better off eating at McDonald's and...

Ordered Pizza from Papa Johns New Haven, IN online for delivery. 1 hour and a half later the delivery driver calls and says he is lost. We give our simple directions to the driver how to get to our house. Over 2 hours after ordering the pizza we get a call from the manager saying the driver returned the pizza because he couldn't find the place and couldn't get ahold of us. Then he says we have to cancel the order or pick up the same pizza the driver has had for an hour. Does not even give us an option for them making a new one. I rarely write reviews but this is so bad I had to do this one. We've been ordering pizza all the time for 9 years at our house, including from Papa Johns, and never has anyone had trouble finding us.
