Burger King — Restaurant in New Haven

I took my young sons through the drive thru on November 10th 2018 around 530pm. We ordered the OVERLY PRICED new chicken tenders. After we got home and one of my sons ate 3 of the 4 tenders I noticed that the last one was COMPLETELY RAW! I did call and talk to management and they said I could come back to get a refund and when I did, while waiting I noticed one of the other employees was getting fries and after she scooped the fries into the box she picked them up by putting her hand over the top of the box and her whole bare hand was touching the fries! I told them I wanted the raw chicken complaint documented because my son just ate a whole order of raw chicken and he could get very sick. The "manager" shook her head and said she would but she was short and rushing me out of the restaurant. Then I asked them about safe serving practices and touching people's food with their bare hands and the cashier told me that it was ok and completely legal to use your bare hands to touch the food! I am disgusted! We have not been going to this BK for a while because of their horrible customer service and rudeness.. this is what happens when we decide to give them another chance. They were rude again and showed no concern that my child just consumed raw chicken! This place is trash! I would highly recommend not...

I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and 4 fries. They told me it was going to be a 5 minute wait on the chicken. I agreed to it and pulled forward to pay. After paying I was told to stay at window 1 until the food was ready and then pull up to window 2 to receive the food. I waited 10 minutes at window 1 when they told me to pull forward to window 2 because there was someone behind me and they needed to pay. I said ok and reminded them that I've been waiting for ten minutes. Staff member just looked at me. I then pulled forward to window 2 and waited another 5 minutes. I was then handed my food without the staff member even addressing the fact that I had waited for 15 minutes on my sandwiches. They were supposed to take 5 minutes to cook. Why such a long wait? At some point, I only have myself to blame for coming to this location. It’s the closest one to my house, so I keep giving it a chance. Over the past 4 times I’ve been there, 2 of the times I went in the afternoon I was in line for over 30 minutes. The other two times was for breakfast and my order was wrong. Last time, I ordered a single sausage cheesy melt, but they gave me ham instead. Today, I tried ordering a double sausage croissan'wich, and a black iced coffee. They responded with “we don’t have black iced coffee”…yet it’s just coffee, and a lot of ice. But then they gave me coffee at room temperature (I’ll give them credit for trying). THEN my sandwich was only a single. So not only did I round up on my meal for the BK fund but I paid for a more expensive sandwich and received less.
