The first time I ordered from here, I ordered a chicken salad wrap. When I brought my food home it was 100% a tuna wrap. They claimed they “tried to call me” but I never got a phone call. As someone who has worked years in food service, wouldn’t you swap chicken salad for a different wrap containing chicken instead incase someone has an allergy or highly dislikes tuna? I decided to try this place one more time because it’s the only diner around and I regret it. I ordered a chicken souvlaki sandwich (see pictured) It was COVERED in grease and had cooked diced tomatoes and peppers on it…souvlaki has cold lettuce and cold tomatoes, not greasy sautéed peppers and tomatoes. Along with that, the tzatziki sauce cup was inside the container and it was so hot from the food it curdled and almost exploded everywhere. Never ordering here again I have no idea how the reviews are so high for this place.

Usually I liked this place it was a good place to eat and all. But recently I had made a grub hub order which the sandwich came out dry they added no Mayo which I marked down to add Mayo etc, the bread was hard and the steak and cheese was cold. I had called and supposedly a guy named Lincoln said I can get two free subs on the house whenever I wanted now their saying he doesn’t work their at all never did . Which also Joanne is another liar too and gives very bad attitude ! Oh and here are some photos, let me know if you guys would eat this yourselves. Joanne also stated she called Lincoln so I’m assuming she never did since he “doesn’t work their”😂

Average at best. Used to be so much better years ago. Got a combo omelette with ham, bacon, sausage and feta cheese. Unfortunately, they put so much ham in it that it made the omelette super wet and the egg part barely existed. The omelette, a side of unripe avocado and a 20oz Diet Coke was about $21. If you come for breakfast, your best bet is the Cody’s big breakfast. You get more than you would with any other breakfast meal and it’s only like $14. Also, just a hot dog by itself is $6. Come on.

Where to start.. let's go with employees.. the owners/hosts are either the older woman who always had a miserable look on her face with a personality to match it or an older male who is always trying to upcharge things that are already way out of the range in price the food should be and if he's not doing that he's to criticizing the wait staff which speaking of is always changing from one young girl to another never seeing a waitress to that lasts longer than a month because of the owners. Apparently the older female is worse than the male with bad mouthing them and causing drama with everyone there. Customers included. Then there is the menu & the outrageous prices that matched the outrageously horrible service. When I tried to order, which came out wrong since the waitress wasn't over 19 no experience and on her phone more than anything else, pausing to text on her phone before coming to get my order and then again two more times once bringing my drinks and forgetting my coffee and creamer, I actually had to go to the counter and interrupt her texting to get my cup of coffee and creamers for the table. Then when she finally had time to take my order to my surprise she managed to mess that up...two breakfast meals both a 3 cheese omelette with home fries well done and a piece of wheat toast well one came out as a one cheese omelette, regular home fries and white toast. The second came out as a 3 cheese omelette with well done home fries and no toast but instead a piece of bread? Along with that second one was supposed to be 2 pancakes she heard two orders of pancakes. Then when the check came I was charged $58 (after correcting the pancakes) some how those two meals, the pancakes, two coffees and one orange juice and a slice of cake all together cost $60 some how.. I can honestly say I will never go back there if I can help it. This experience was so outrageous I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't been witness to it all and best part was when the waitress assumed she deserved a $7 tip when she so badly took that $7 out from the change she was handing me and not till I asked where it was did she hand it to me and say something about a tip and that was the final straw I then took the $7 and told her that her tip was to be a better waitress get the order correct and don't assume and just hold back people's money and left with the promise to let anyone and everyone know about this...

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!/May 23, 2021, marked one of my worse experiences at this place. I've seen him mishandle others in the past but never thought I'd come in direct contact with him, enough to write a detailed review. This is particularly written for the monster (James) that sits in the front. He's extremely rude and lacks substance. I went back inside the diner to express that my order was wrong.

He screamed at me that I had to remain in the lobby after my attempt to kindly approach him, I acknowledged that up until I saw two other customers preparing to leave out. He became belligerent and irate! Given our tussle, I ended up with a swollen thumb. He used his force (male strength) in an attempt to what I believe was to lock me out of the main entrance.

As I tried to catch the door, I'm led to believe this is a direct result of what happened to my thumb. It all took place rather rapidly with a host of customers and other staff members who witnessed the interaction between the two of us. I am still on the fence about filing a more formal complaint as a result of his actions hence he mentioned how we'll his cameras worked. My natural instant led to what I felt was a direct violation of me as a woman.

I hope that this is reviewed to shed light and changed behavior when dealing with the public that Does NOT come off as a threat Is NOT causing him problems (unless provoked). In closing, I take full accountability for my reaction to him as he UTTERLY disrespected me and...

I give this place 1 star! I grew up coming here but after today's experience I will never return. My partner and I ordered well done sweet potatoe fries and a steak and cheese sub to share.... we are not big eaters. The steak and cheese was quite good- heavy on the salt but good. Oooooh but the fries!!! They were literally almost completely burned. They tasted extremely bitter and they were not seasoned at all, not sweet, not crispy they were burned and bitter! We asked for a order and those were not burned but they also were not seasoned at all and you could taste the old grease. The waitress never came to make sure we were ok, didn't ask if we wanted more coffee, didn't ask if we wanted desert. He'll she left the burned fries on the table the entire time. While we ate our ok sub we also had to sit there and hear them joke about the situation in Spanish. My partner and I do not "look" like we know Spanish but we do. We still ate and gave it a chance but she came and slapped the bill on the table and without asking if we were even done. When we went to pay the older lady actually questioned as to why we did not want to pay for the burned fries. The waitress was there and nobody apologized or fixed the problem. There is a difference between well done and charred! Terrible customer service. Sad this was the spot. I did speak up and was harsh but people need to accept constructive criticism and we need to bring back professionalism and...
