HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE!!!!!! I ORDERED DELIVERY FOR THE FIRST TIME I NORMALLY GO IN to EAT BUT ORDERED DELIVERY. WHEN THE DRIVER CAME TO THE DOOR HE WASNT PREPARED HE DIDNT HAvE a pen for the credit card slip. When I asked him if he had one he laughed. Anyways i took a bite of the pizza and it was cold. When I called to complain she said that basically said I was lying because she saw him take it out of the oven and she sliced the pizza herself and was put right in the bag. I again repeated myself and said I’m not lying and asked if I could speak to the manager she said that she was tired of all the complaints coming in from me. Which I myself personally order In and eat in. My family orders from there frequently. My brother and sister ordered yesterday and i guess complained but what does that have to do with me ordering today? Anyways she told me she was not refunding me and hung up in my face. I called back and asked to speak to the manager she hung up in my face. I attempted to call again trying to make her aware of the fact that I’ve never called and complained before but kept hanging up in my face. I cannot express how much respect I have for people like her who take their brand (and customer satisfaction) so to heart. Not only did she take the time to find me via Facebook, but she apologized for what happened, the miscommunication, and offered to send me a gift card as a make good. Truly, it's not so much about the money but about caring about the customer experience. And this experience, right here, goes a long way and says a lot about who they are. I was wrong about how I saw them and not too proud to admit it. Thank you Sara for reaching out and doing the right thing.

She asked me if I would like to leave a tip for the driver and I said sure, you can add $2 for a tip after realizing that a simple pasta dish and stuffed bread would cost over $33 which are insanely high prices to begin with. Her response was "Wow" and then proceeded to hang up on me. I was so taken aback by her rudeness that I decided I didn't want to give this establishment my business so I called back. When I told her that I wanted to cancel my order because she was so rude she said "Yup, that's fine and hung up on me for the second time".
