Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Haven

Today I went into this Dunkin’ Donuts to order my coffee. The person taking my order was unable to give me iContact when taking my order, she did not read back my order, which made my order incorrect. I seen the price of my order, and I asked questions because I had got a doughnut and then I have a coupon for a two dollar medium latte, it came out to five and some change she overcharged me because she added things to my coffee that I did not request . So when my order was made, they called Out a latte with oat milk, and I told the lady that made my drink that I didn’t order oat milk. I got whole milk she went back to the order taker, and she argued with her other coworker about what I said in Spanish thinking that I didn’t know what she was saying so I responded back to her and I said you have a heavy accent, so whole milk and oat milk sound the same to you Regardless, if you read it back like you suppose to wouldn’t happen . Stopped here to use the bathroom, as I'm an Uber driver, and unfortunately I often have a hard time finding a place to stop for breaks. I asked to use the bathroom, which was locked. Understandable. The gentleman who let me into the bathroom was kind and prompt. I noticed there was no toilet paper, so I politely asked for some, and some associate brought it to me while screaming at someone else about God knows what. As I came out of the bathroom and was making my way out of the Dunkin, she was still screaming across the place at or about someone. Very unprofessional. There was also basically no soap in the bathroom, so my germaphobic a@$$ had to improvise. Will not be stopping there again unless it's...

I do not recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone. I’ve only gone here a few time because it’s close to home but I was pretty upset today when I ordered a vanilla spice latte and it was not made a vanilla spice. Later in the day on lunch break I went back to have them remake it which it came out the exact same way it did the first time. I also ordered two bagels before work and was waiting almost 25 minutes. I feel like a lot of Dunkin’s make the vanilla spices different when there should only be one set way and process to making it. It was disgusting when I got it both times and could not...
