I am never going there for the rest my life.
The manager was working, and one of the employees said about me, “Will this guy please stop talking?“When I was not talking a lot and I was talking to a friend.
I felt very disrespected by this. And in the past I’ve been getting a lot of ball by staying, but this felt very crossed the line and also the same person asked me what’s going on at Southern next week, because I work there, but they were very rude to me, because I didn’t understand their Indian accent, thinking that I have the issue because I didn’t understand them, because there articulation of English is very hard to hear.
A bunch of times, because I like putting lotta different syrup in my coffee or in my hot chocolate, if I say something like mint flavor and French vanilla flavor in my hot chocolate, the same person will say put everything in it because that’s the way he likes it – – when it bothers me every single time, because I do have a allergic reaction to coconut and hazelnut, both give me a very bad headache for a couple minutes, so hearing that every single time makes me concerned.
Otherwise is always been a very positive experience. And I’ve been treated very politely by other people. I do think that this one person has been more and more becoming employed, I don’t want the person fired, but I don’t believe in anyone tolerating disrespect and I hope this person is discipline but not fired.
Do not tolerate poor customer service and do not keep patronizing Customer service. I will go out of my way to not go to any Dunkin’ Donuts that is not open early like this, And I will go out of my way to walk further or not go to any Dunkin’ Donuts, just to make a statement about not tolerating rude treatment.
very detailed reviews on the receipts, it does end up coming to the attention of the management. I do encourage anybody who’s had a bad experience any Dunkin donuts to do a review, a fair review, The survey ...
Read moreDon't waste your time. Make the trip up past SCSU, and go to the DD that's in the same plaza as Jane Beauty Supply. The person waiting on me at the drive-thru seemed impatient when she was taking my order. I was very clear about wanting a MEDIUM HOT CARAMEL CRAZE LATTE. She seemed irritated that I took a few seconds longer to be clear about what I wanted. She never gave me my total - she just said, "Pull up." When I pulled up, she and a second employee were actually going back-and-forth about what drink I ordered. Once again, I said MEDIUM HOT, but she was so self-assured - and busy talking with someone at the indoor counter about how much she liked what he'd done to his house - she didn't fully process what I said. Since she liked him, she abandoned her responsibility to finish my order, and quietly said she'd take his. Nice. The second employee came back to the window with a COLD LATTE. I corrected her, but the original employee insisted she swore she heard me say COLD LATTE. I once again said "I said MEDIUM HOT when I pulled up...back there." It was a third male employee who finally handed me a MEDIUM HOT.
At that point, the attitudes were so wretched, and the service so poor, I wondered if there might be human spittle in my whipped cream.
Folks, attitude in customer service is EVERYTHING. It was a simple order with absolutely no curveballs. Stop acting as if having a job serving the public is an inconvenience to you. There are folks out there who would gladly take your...
Read moreI write this as a customer and an ex employee. I made a mistake by letting my anxiety get the better of me and my fear of getting in trouble. Though i radically accept my flaws that is no excuse. I apologize publicly.
Its a lot better service at like 6 in the morning. Though i know most dont go at that time.
Too many chief's not enough Indians very little communication and sometimes things arent cleaned when thry are supposed to. The layout is not funtional and never enough people on at once to accommodate everything. Two employees at one time do the job of 5 people.
Corporate should consider closing this location. An evaluation is not enough. Normally i don't give reviews or tell someone not to go somewhere but this time i was compelled to because my experience has caused me additional anquish in the months since i left. Radical acceptance isnt enough. I encouragingCorporate people to call corporate executives and get this place shut down. Convenience dosent always count for quality. The employees try the best they can, but behind the scenes drama...
