Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Haven

The blueberry muffins toasted with butter were great but the coffee that was supposed to be hazelnut ended up being pumpkin spice and so when i waited back in line for another 10 minutes to trade it back in for the correct flavor they told me they were out of hazelnut and currently brewing more if i wanted to wait another few minutes and wanted to know what was wrong with the pumpkin spice that i wouldn't just drink that to witch i replied that wasn't what i wanted or ordered and they could have told me they didn't have any brewed instead of just forcing whatever else was lying around on me as if that was somehow an appropriate protocol for when my origional ordered flavor was currently unavailable. (March 24, 2024 11:11 am) I ordered through uber eats. Uber driver told me how dunkin worker got upset when asked to toast bagels and add whip cream to drinks. At first she said she already made them as to imply she couldn't remake the items. Then went ahead and "remade" them in agressive manner. Uber driver specified for whip cream to be added to BOTH drinks...worker added whip cream to ONE drink (very poor amount was added) and the presentation with the drink and overall order was terrible! Never ordering from this dunkin again. Absolutely ridiculous. As a former dunkin worker I know this is not how a customer should be treated...EVER! You should NEVER say you already made it! I ordered food on the app and the oven is broken. Apparently it’s been broken for a while and they don’t know when it will be fixed. They cannot, for whatever reason, refund me in the store.
