McDonald's — Restaurant in New Haven

I go here Several times a week. Most of the staff here are Absolutely excellent! They treat me and my family (2 1/2 yr old daughter) with the Utmost Respect! Especially the Night staff Man! He's Amazing! As for the comments about the Homeless people Hanging out, maybe you should be more Compassionate towards others. Think about if you were Homeless! There not Bad People! They are always looking for opportunities to go to work ect... I've come to know them all very well! I LOVE each and every one of them as GOD WOULD! I come here by the Grace of God to HELP ALL THESE HOMELESS PEOPLE, AND PEOPLE IN NEED! I've gotten permission from this McDonald's to do my Homeless Events in the back of there parking lot! I've done food, and Clothing, Hygiene Products, Shoes, Sleeping bags, pillows and more! These people are like FAMILY!! There wonderful! 💝💙💚🙏😇👼👍😍😘 If you took the time to stop and offer a hand instead of Passing Judgement you might KNOW! Yes illegal activity takes place, but doesn't it EVERYWHERE?? Your Doctor could be a Drug addict and you wouldn't even know! So.... PLEASE STOP ALL THE HATE!! LEARN TO LOVE LIKE GOD, AND STOP PASSING JUDGEMENT!! THEY GET ENOUGH OF IT!! The employees ignore you and point towards the kiosk. The employees, including the managers, are just lazy, rude, and completely unprofessional. I don't expect a fine dining quality, but at least a hello,hi, or something in response to " good morning, can I please have a __, thank you". I mean no response whatsoever. I'm thanking them and greeting them, and I'm getting "that's it," "is that all" anything else" while I'm trying to order. It's rushed and annoying 😑 ONE short,older Hispanic lady with glasses is amazing and the sweetest person ever. She really acts as if you are her only customer. She always smiles and greets you and makes you feel valued and appreciated. She goes above and beyond anyone I've run into at many locations. Ik They deal with so much bullshit and stupidity there,I've seen it so I can relate as to why they can be rude, stressed,annoyed,pissy etc. But wow do better...

The difference between here and Middlebury was night and day. I said to my wife there's no way our food is done already. Not only was it done, but the food didn't drip ketchup and mayo all over our laps in the car. I have never had a positive experience at middlebury McDonald's in the 3 years we have lived there. Please send some of your staff, and your magangent to the middlebury Mc Donald's so that the middlebury collage kids can experience Mc Donald's like this, the difference was uncanny. It wasn't even the same food. No lettuce fell out, I felt like I was eating at a small restaurant. Thank you so much for being better, I mean that. We went back to this location 20 mins later, complimented, and ordered more food. Thank you for being better, and not just skating for the bare minum.
