PJ's Steak & Hoagie Shack — Restaurant in New Holland

Called to place an order for our office today since we found out that they deliver. The girl on the phone taking our order was not very friendly but got the job done. The food arrived within 30 minutes as promised and the driver was very nice. We had two salads and a wrap. The salad had opened and Spilled within the paper bag and the amount of dressing with minimal. The amount of french fries that came with my wrap which per the menu stated served with french fries and a pickle was basically nothing. I had maybe 3 Whole fries and a small bit of bits and ends. I commented with a picture of this to their Facebook page to which they replied the fries were free and perhaps next time I could order a side of fries. To which I replied with a picture of their menu that clearly states the wrap is served with fries. They then sent me a private message saying they're sorry I felt this way and a thumbs up. They been deleted my Facebook post. The customer service is terrible which is unfortunate because the wrap was delicious. Unfortunately I will never be ordering...

I have eaten here once before probaly about 2 years ago. We did take out and everything we had was good. I took my mom and son in with me. At first we couldn't figure out if we were going to eat there or take it out. So we said take out. The counter girl brought our food to our table and we decided to eat in. Our cheesesteaks were delicious,the fries were hot and plentiful. Our pizza was also so so good. It was different but it was so good. The girl at the counter had to be one of the nicest people I have meant in awhile. I would have loved to have tipped but doing take out I had no cash on me and if wearing in I would have tipped don my card. Dont worry I'll catch up the next time I'm in. I have ordered from here a few times. Once I got a taco pizza. Great price. The pizza was beautiful AND delicious! Not many places can get this right but they did to my liking. I also ordered some chicken wings (bone-in). Again, well worth what I paid for and again, delicious. They were big too. I have ordered various sandwiches and i really like that they have a small, medium and extra large option incase you are sharing or need more. LOVE THAT IDEA! I also like that they give you fries WITH the sandwiches. That's nice and it is a reason i choose to go here over other sandwich shops. Peeves: They should give you more fries with the sandwiches.
