I was doing doordash and I went inside to pick up my order and the girl there told me I had to wait I asked why and she said ask the customer we only have one apple pie if the customer doesn't want the second one your order is ready and I asked the customer the customer said he didn't want to wait for the second one so I told the girl working there the girl has glasses and curly hair I don't know her name she said ok and while I was waiting for my order I didn't understand what was going on 30 minutes passed and I asked why I'm still waiting my customer only wants one apple pie she told me the customer paid for it the customer has to pick it up then why did you ask me if the customer wants it or not I don't understand there are really 2 or 3 decent people working inside the rest are working in a terrible way everyone is complaining nobody wants to take orders from there anyway I don't get orders from there anymore because I got myself banned there are a few morons working inside if they do their job properly everyone can work happily in this job and I talked to the manager about my situation he found the employees right because there is a Mexican lobby there and they didn't even listen to me because I am Turkish I can say I was subjected to...

We’ve been to many McDonald’s locations and never heard anything about needing a code to get your order. He made a DoorDasher cry while we were there. As he was arguing that we didn’t pay and needed a code, another employee gave us our drinks. Because we did in fact pay. Then he claimed we “didn’t tell him” we got just drinks, to which even another customer spoke up as said we DID tell him. After him being a total idiot and getting back what he gave, we tried leaving which is when he stormed out of the store and got in my spouses face. Read moreNew update I can't believe that the front end is still neglected. I stood 10 minutes for one coffee after I had to flag down the person. Two times I told her that the kiosk paper was out and she didn't understand me. Then after a manager came to me he said something to her and my coffee appeared. This isn't fast food anymore.
Update. They definitely need to watch the front end. I told the person who rang my order that the kiosk wasn't giving receipts. She didn't even acknowledge me And never changed the paper. I just told the manager and she nodded but did nothing. His van you work in public and not understand enough English to help the customers.They are so slow off you stay in.
