Arby's — Restaurant in New Kensington

My last trip there totalled $36. I live less than 1 mile from this Arbys and all of our food was cold. I had my daughter and her 2 children to feed. 2 sandwiches were missing as was 1 drink. Except for the drinks, all of the food was packed in 1 bag which broke as we were walking into the house. My daughter called about the missing and cold food. They said they would provide the 2 sandwiches and drink provided we presented the receipt. They told my daughter the rest of the food could be warmed in the microwave. I must also mention that my Reuben sandwich had only a small lump of meat in the center of the sandwich. After rearranging the meat and microwaving tbe sandwich, I had a soggy mess that I couldn't eat. I did manage to successfully heat and eat the curly fries. As the place only had 1 customer eating inside and we were the only ones in the drive through, there was no excuse for this. It was also lunchtime so the lack of a good lunch crowd should have sent up a red flag. I will not...

Seems like the last 3 times ive been there either my order gets messed up, something has been forgotten, or something that is supposed to b hot is cold b hard. This time my order was messed up again to the point where if i did t know to look because of past experiences i would of been very sick. I ordered a ranch turkey n bacon sandwich and asked for NO cheese or lettuce n a medium curly fry. I had a feeling the order was not gonna b right so when i got home i checked my sandwich and sure enuff there was cheese and lettuce on it. I am lactose i tolerant i get very sick from cheese if i wouldnt of thought to check i could of been sick as hell from that!!! And to make matters worse, my curly fries werent even filled up they were about 1/4 full. I was very disappointed in this visit and since this keeps happening i dont think i will b returning to arbys anytime...

My husband and I stop there yesterday around 5:00 pm. We ordered takeout. We got 2 roastbeef gyros, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks. We live about 5 miles from location. Ate the food and I noticed the food was not as warm as it usually is and I thought it was due to the lettuce, tomato and red onion they put on the gyros. About 4 - 5 hours later my stomach was very upset, nauseated. Then soon enough I had chronic diarrhea from 8:30 pm till about 1am. Both my husband and myself. They had a black middle aged man doing the sandwiches and 2 young high school girls in there one doing drive thru and one running register.
