SCAM ALERT I found out about this gallery because I went to rent a small studio the other day. Brian has since blocked me about giving me proof he ran my application when I asked him not to just 20 minutes after seeing him. it took until the next day to find out he "had already ran my background" I didn't like his vibe he barely smiled and I was excited thinking I could make it work though the discription said 1 bath there is NO shower option though there is a shower. I said yes but very shortly after changed my mind. as a local artist and healer in this community I am going to make sure this happens to no one else. Brian seems upset busy not present mind everywhere maybe a break up I don't know but I'm never going to this gallery and will use my platform in new Kensington to protest. He wasn't heart based and that's what I'm looking for in a landlord Forget the 40 bucks. it's the fact there is no proof he ran my back ground before he responded he did. again his vibe was off and I couldn't use the space as needed. ID GIVE HIM LESS THAN 1STAR BUT HAVE TO RATE SOMETHING DONT WORK WITH HIM ITS QUICK MONEY FOR HIM HE DONT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE. AND PROBABLY HAS A MINTH SUBCRIBTION OR FREE PLATFORM TO RUN BACKGROUND.
IF HE DECIDES TO BE HONEST HE CAN SEND MY MONEY BACK OR PROVIDE PROOF OF SERVICE PERIOD. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY BANK I WILL GET MY MONEY NO BIGGIE BUT I NEED TO MAKE SURE THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO OTHERS AND IF IT HAS SAY SOMETHING.
