I ordered pork chops with plantains what I got was chicken wing with plantains I ordered also chicken wings with french fries which I never got. I got extra order of chicken wings, when I called them they said to bring back their chicken wings mind you this is COVID-19 I don’t think any place should be asking for chicken wings back but that’s not here or there. I get what I believed was pork chops and what I got was like a heavily breaded pork chop Patty, it was disgusting had no flavor the plantains weren’t the best either they were soggy with no flavor. I would have loved some delicious garlic plantain and some real pork chops not a breaded patty. Some flavor would have been nice also!!! Guy staff was nice and sounded like he got yelled at a lot of the mess up of order. If anything they need to yell at whoever orders And breads...

I have been living here in the WFD/NL area since 1984, when I left LI, NY and came to CT for college. The only place I have ever ordered my Chinese food from is Golden Wok located on Coleman Street, as I had done tonight. They used to be over on Bayonet St. til they bought the building on Coleman Street across from Wendy's. They've been in business for well over 40 years and for a business to be active for that long, has got to be telling you something. It has always been ran and well maintained by the same family. I've watched their family grow & became part of it's success. I have seen their children grow from infancy, to HS, to college and now being part of running the business. If you want good quality and quantity for your dollar & you're craving Chinese food, give them a try. You won't be sorry, I promise....

Thankfully China House was closed when I called them. My husband and I really wanted Chinese and we've tried this place recently, and it is excellent.

The food is less expensive than China House and others, much tastier and faster delivery. Also, they seemed friendly with us!!!
