Subway — Restaurant in New London

1st time i went there it was an okay experience. The 2nd time I went there and was greeted with "oh you're here again" as if I was a bother to him or just doesn't like making the company money. 3rd time i went there i asked about a special that was advertised and they refused to honor it. I still purchased my sandwiches. My 4th and LAST time going there. I walked in and a woman was making sandwiches while the same gentleman stood there diddling around pretending to be busy and refused to help. When the lady was finished making the other customers sandwich he rang him up and walked off. The lady began to make my sandwich and he just stood in the back refusing to help. When I was cashing out I was not told have a nice day or anything I wasn't greeted when I walked but the gentleman before me was. I genuinely felt racially profiled and I will never return to this establishment. The new owners hire rude employees who have little to know respect. I would rather drive to Groton than step foot back into...

Awful owners. They verbally degrade you which you should never do to someone and definitely shouldn't do it to your customers if you want anyone to order from you. I had to unfortunately stop here and God forbid I asked for extra onion....she immediately said I didn't need more of that and then pointed to my body. Excuse me? Its. Onions.The salad was barely there, skimped completely on everything especially the spinach because why? Then they started trash talking about me to one another. How do I know? New owners (man and woman working the counter) of the Colman street Subway seem to seek to rip off customers one at a time… when they can get away with it. I ordered a 6” off the menu ($6 and change). The woman ringing it up asked if I wanted a drink, no thank you, I handed her a $10 bill. She took a long time to make change, the guy came to the register to check her and I realized later that all I got back was a few coins. Charged over $9 for a $6 six inch sub.
