Taco Bell — Restaurant in New London

Uhmm.. Taco Bell on Coleman re-opened.. and they got that new store (BD) confidence.. At one point I saw an employee come out of the front door, see the line, put his hand on his head and run back in. (It made me Actually LOL) Legitimately 15 cars deep and I was in and out in less than Five.. FIVE. MINUTES. Fifteen cars, five minutes! #godisgood #ididntknowTheFlashLivedInNL 🌮🌮🌮

The drive thru girls Marie and Daphne, were the most precious and polite humans I’ve come in contact with all week. Even if behind their smiles, in that moment, they were wishing I’d lose a limb in a shark attack accident. It’s ok ladies, been there. Felt that! You masked it VERY well!

Great job happy to have you back! (If you ever leave me again, I’ll die)

IMPORTANT-FKING-UPDATE**

They put a mint, TWO moist towelettes AND ENOUGH SAUCE FOR EACH TACO TO HAVE TWO PACKETTS EACH!!! (that last thing was probably a one-in-a-million coincidence, you decide.)

This is bringing out the Basic. Pumpkin spice lovin . Yoga pants wearing. “Leggings ARE pants, Derek!” . Tar-zhay and Chipotle are my ACTUAL life girl in me because, I 👏🏼 Literally 👏🏼 Can’t 👏🏼 Even 👏🏼

My tacos were perfectly stuffed, with the filling actually inside the shell. Prepared in such a way that (even though I didn’t get around to eating them until 15 mins after I got home) the wrapper was not soggy (we’ve all accidentally eaten Taco Bell wrappers on accident, don’t deny it) and the lettuce satisfyingly crunchy.

P.S. Can someone put me in touch with their insurance company? Cause, DAMN the new place looks good!

Side note: To my neighbors of New London, good team work and use of patience skills getting people in and out of the driveway safely and with minimal...

Feels bad picking up food and getting home to realize that the only vegetarian item is missing from my order. The receipt was correct, but my order was not. Guess my vegetarian friend will have to find something else to eat. Things like this have happened several times in the last several months at this location. I have also received incorrect items or items that were missing double beef. I shouldn’t have to go through every item to confirm each is correct and that each one is present. It should just be correct.

Update: I went again 2 months later. Waited from 6:10 to 6:54 to order, paying through the app. Then waited until 7:12 to get my food. If I didn’t already pay for my food, I would have left. There were 17 other cars that drove away during my wait. This is absolutely ridiculous timing to be considered fast food. This is not fast-food at this point. I could have went to a sit-down restaurant and eaten faster than this.

This location needs help. Corporate needs to step in to revamp this location. Everything is wrong with this location. I’ve ordered from here for over 25 years, and the last few years have been the absolute worst. It’s unfortunate that there isn’t another nearby Taco Bell to go to. I wont be returning to this location for the foreseeable future. It’s not too difficult to make...

I miss the old manager. Who ever manages this place now really doesn't care. Let me be clear, if you come here, go through the drive through. If you decide to eat in the lobby, you WILL be treated like crap. All orders through the drive through get served first, and when in the lobby, they will make your order and put it on the counter. I waited... I saw my order be made and then get put on the counter. Over 15 minutes it sat there. The lady at the drive through stood there and played on her phone when there were no cars meanwhile I sat there. Not just her though. All staff stand there, talking about God knows what, and playing on their phone. Ive seen customers ask for assistance and the staff will hold up their pointer finger and continue on their phone...On more than one occasion a staff member will look at the lobby "what are they waiting for?" The food is cold and old tasting to begin with, it doesn't warm up magically while sitting there. Guess fresh food is a thing...
