I went to do a return last night and didn't have a receipt, however, I had provided my phone number at check out when asked for this exact reason. I also had a b-day gift my mother purchased for me that I was able to return by providing her phone number. The first transaction was the gift which they processed in no time and handed me my refund. When I tried to do the sane with the 2 items I bought we hit a problem, of course lol. The manager at the time came to help and kept hitting a brick wall. She had one last idea to try which worked out. She went above and beyond what was expected of her as she could have simply given me a merchandise credit. Aside from that she was professional, friendly, funny and what any employer would want from their staff. Her customer service was top notch! She deserved for me to take this 5min to do this which is something i don't do. Go to Burlington in New London! If only I knew her name...but I...

You have Marie and Heaven. They are always make me feel good shopping and spending money. They are what we call the people person. Marie always has a wonderful smile on her face. Her willingness to help you look for what you are looking for. Not yet having attitude or to busy to help. Always “ it is my pleasure to help you “ her smile, patient, and ready to assists all customers. In line she( Marie) will walk around apologizing for the line, the wait. To me that a big plus. Especially when you are spending money. Heaven is another beautiful soul at the store and at the counter assisting with checking in.

At the checkout, the shoes didn’t have any tags, so the cashier entered the details manually. The receipt clearly stated a 30-day return policy. However, when I tried to return the shoes on the third day after my purchase, they refused to accept them, claiming they couldn’t process the return because the shoes had no tags.
