Horrible food no pride in what they serve there customers sorry burritos so soggy beans are watered down making it impossible to eat it without all the stuff coming out also some soggy limp dark in color fries I think they had ff that were already cook and resumgerd then in the oil again so they won't have to make fresh one I had bad service there one to many times will not be going back .Spending my money where they value there customers more and the product they sell.there cooks are not trained to serve the customer good well made food.I worked at Stuffys with Mr Madrid they original owner and with his son Paul Madrid.when Stuffys was on Coal and 10th st back in the day and it was the best food .know not so much .Don't even get me started on there guacamole to much lettuce you can't even taste the little amount of guacamole they put in all you taste is the lettuce.bad and sad not a...

The manager-on-duty that was working here on 4/17/2024 needs a major attitude adjustment; possibly some customer-service and technical training instead of blaming customers for his apparent inability to reset the card reader that declined four consecutive different cards - then doubles down when said customers reflect a concern on whether they've been charged multiple times for the same food and simply want a receipt.

I understand that customer-facing - and especially food-service - jobs are stressful and demanding, but there is no reason to be so unempathetic and openly hostile towards customers that are legitimately just trying to get their food. Maybe consider expanding your skillset if food/customer service careers are too much for you.

Also, why was a crew member asking for the PINs to said cards?

This place SUCKS now. If you speak English do NOT try to order here. They used to be the BEST place to get fast food in the south valley. Now they cannot get an order right. Ask for cheese, and get a sandwich ONLY CHEESE. Are they that bad at English?? I mean 5 times in a row now they have managed to completely mess up our order. Tonight I told my wife to stay at the window until she saw correct food in the wrappers. Guess what? Had to be sent back through the window. She would have driven home for a 5th time with wrong food after being told it was right. They don't speak enough English apparently to take an order in English.
