Read moreThe manager-on-duty that was working here on 4/17/2024 needs a major attitude adjustment; possibly some customer-service and technical training instead of blaming customers for his apparent inability to reset the card reader that declined four consecutive different cards - then doubles down when said customers reflect a concern on whether they've been charged multiple times for the same food and simply want a receipt.
I understand that customer-facing - and especially food-service - jobs are stressful and demanding, but there is no reason to be so unempathetic and openly hostile towards customers that are legitimately just trying to get their food. Maybe consider expanding your skillset if food/customer service careers are too much for you.
Also, why was a crew member asking for the PINs to said cards?

Ask for cheese, and get a sandwich ONLY CHEESE. Are they that bad at English?? I mean 5 times in a row now they have managed to completely mess up our order.
