Bagelman New Milford — Restaurant in New Milford

i've gone to the bagel man in new Fairfield in Danburry and I came to the bagel man in New Milford for the first time today. All I ordered was a bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon extra egg and it turned out to $9.$.50 just about I will never ever in my life come here again for not even for a cuppa coffee and that's a sad part. I wanted a cuppa coffee on top of my breakfast sandwich and I didn't even order one because that is waaayyy to much!! what I paid here today will never happen again I paid $6-$7 and something cents at the other two bagel man I have gone to I did not even get enough bacon for what I have paid for. This is so wrong and disrespectful towards the customers who work hard to come here to give our money to get robbed. That's how I see it as everywhere I get shorted on if it's at the diner, if it's at the deli I will file complain. I'm not gonna complain about it because it's my first time here and I am posting this so people know yes their food is good but there are other places we can go for the same quality food for half the price I am very upset right now as a customer I will...

The foods good but the manger needs to be more professional. I ordered online and I work in Danbury I was so tired I drove by and drove to work I called to ask if they could refund me and was told quote nahhhh we don’t do that and after about two minutes of trying to be polite the quote manger once again said nah we don’t do that it’s your problem we made the food it’s not my fault you can’t come to get it. Which yeah its not but I was polite and wasn’t rude up until that point. I flat out said so I come here every Friday and Saturday every week your being rude to me over 6 bucks but your okay with losing a customer and I kid you not he said yeah it’s cool with me. How do you run a business like that it’s not even about the money to you your just a rude individual at that point. I can understand if I was rude you would treat me like that but I was polite until that point. Great experience there yesterday… walked over while waiting for my car to be serviced at a nearby dealer.

The atmosphere was great there. Very clean and nicely lit when walking in. Friendly staff. Felt welcomed. Open kitchen to watch your creation made.

The selection to choose from is wonderful from sandwiches to of course, all varieties of bagels. We tried a bagel with seasonal Pumpkin cream cheese 🥯 Yum!! The flavor was delightful. Not to spicy or sweet… a perfect blend.

No skimping here either. Which is a nice bonus.

There’s ample parking in the back and front of building.

We sat In their outside seating area. Tables were very clean and it felt like a little slice of heaven outside in the sun and clouds.

Of course, when we were ready to leave, we went home with a 1/2 dozen and a container of the pumpkin cream cheese to go for the family to enjoy later!
