It bothers me to write this review and I should have wrote a review earlier because the food is awesome at Bambinos but unfortunately we don't write reviews when it's good only but only when it's bad. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on roll GREAT and a small ham fresh mozzarella with lettuce tomatoes and mayo $10.65 very pricey should have gotten a large but whatever I don't mind paying if good which it is but anyway I got home threw some shorts on turned on tv found my show opened my sandwich and BOOM ham fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers not what I ordered not happy to say the least but mistakes happen so I went back and the lady behind the counter said "what happened your sandwich is messed up" I said yes I ordered lettuce and tomatoes not roasted peppers she took the bag tossed it in the garbage missed so it fell on the floor then I asked her how much a large was she said $16 crazy!!! because i didn't see those prices anywhere I ended up getting a kicken chicken which was awesome but the reason for this review is the lady not once during the time I was there did this lady apologize for the mistake and then I believe wanting to over charge me for a large it's just crazy.....Saying good morning and have a nice day in an unpleasant tone is worse than not saying it at all and not apologizing for a mistake and getting more upset is even worse.
It's sucks because I met the owner very cool guy but I don't think I'll be returning especially after this review. I can't give them 1 star because the food is great but customer service is horrible well the cook was nice he actually is the one that gave me the kicken chicken because the lady couldn't take her self away from whatever...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe only reason I gave service a 4 was because someone from my son's former HS was there and he was very nice. However, I'm a bit confused if this is actually an Italian deli. I ordered the Ed Marinaro without proscuitto making it, essentially, vegeterian. When I arrived to pick up my sandwich there was a woman who told me they had no aragula but could substitute spinach. This woman was what I would describe as "brusque" and not focused on customer service. How can an Italian deli think spinach and aragula are interchangable? Not even close..... Also, the most expensive part of this sandwich would be the prosciutto but they still charged me full price - so fine but the fact the other ingredients were sparse definitely was insult to injury. The amount of fresh mozzarella was minimal, the ricotta spread and balsamic glaze were undetectable. If you're going to serve me a hero then it's a problem if I can't taste or detedt more than half the ingredients. My first thought was that they must be under new ownership. If not, I'm not clear where the good reviews are coming from. To eat this "hero" which was (admittedly) huge I had to combine the ingredients from each half and add balsamic glaze. It was big enough but it wasn't a truly satisfying sandwich even after I doctored it as best I could.... Please don't charge me $16 and skimp on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI honestly think this deli has the capacity to be great. But itās let me down multiple times.
Most recently it prepared the wrong sandwiches for us and questioned my girlfriend in the validity of her claims.
We shrugged and returned the sandwich that was given erroneously. We ended up getting the sandwich we ordered, but it seemed like a burden to the staff who made the mistake. And they didnāt offer anything for the inconvenience of their mistake
Aside from that, the eggplant heroās here have to be the most bland tasting thing Iāve ever tasted. The literal definition of less than zero. And they built and sold a whole sandwich around it.
They use premium deli meats, which is great, but their actual self produced products and staff are...
