If you thought that service here at this location was bad before, it's absolutely PISS POOR now! This service is so bad at this location that it is the only, (THE ONLY) fast food restaurant within a 2-3 block radius with NO lunch time LINE or RUSH. Right here on Chef there is a McDonald's, Wendy's, Rally's, Popeyes, Cane's, Burger King, and a Waffle House. Each one of these locations have a lunch time line and rush that flows right out of the parking lots and into the street. This is a HIGH TRAFFIC area and PRIME LOCATION for fast food.
This location has recently installed touchscreen kiosks to place an order from. The employees, mainly management and the drive through window attendant apparently have taken the installation of these kiosks as a reason and excuse to NOT engage with the walk-in customers standing in the dining room WHATSOEVER. No greetings, No questions, No answers, No cash, No eye contact, NOOOO NOOOTHING. Crickets!!
The inability to read a screen and put an order together is absolutely absurd! When you receive your order and realize that it is incorrect or missing an item, trying to get ahold or the attention of someone deliberately ignoring the entire dining room is disgusting.
The owner(s) of this location are losing an obscene amount of profits and cash flow strictly due to customer service and whomever is in charge of the day to day operations.
Today is May 14th and I was there in the dining room between 1:10pm-1:30pm. Whomever was running the drive through window and front counter, whomever was the manager on shift BOTH NEED to be FIRED immediately and stoned in the Town Center. Luckily for them we don't live in medieval times!
In a nutshell 🙄 AVOID this Taco Bell location at all cost. If you have absolutely no choice.. please use the drive through, use the Taco Bell mobile app, pay with your debit or credit card. DOUBLE check your order. If something is wrong, missing, or incomplete.. you are SOL and your best bet would be to take your order, be grateful that you received something edible, and just...
Read moreWe placed an order online for drive-thru pick up. Upon placing the order, a notification appeared saying our order was received and would be ready in 5-8 minutes. We immediately hopped into the car to pick it up but when we arrived we were informed there is some sort of delay and it takes the store 30 minutes to receive an online or mobile order. Say what? This makes absolutely no sense at all! I call BS. We cancelled the order online and proceeded to go inside to place our order to go at the kiosk. I was frustrated by this because not only had I applied a 15% off discount to my online order that I was not able to use in the store but also because they managed to screw up our order and gave us a regular taco instead of a Doritos supreme taco. The Mexican Pizza and Crunch Wrap Supreme were also barely identifiable as these items and were mangled and lacking in the typical amount of ingredients. I get off work late like around 12am & sometimes I crave a taco or 2 but EVERY SINGLE TIME I stop at this taco bell they have sum kind of issue or excuse on why they aren't taking orders. I think 1 time it was the system was down, another time it was they ran out of food or sumdin like that or they'll open back up in 30 or 45 mins. It became a pattern so I deduced from these patterns that they make these things up so they could get paid for doing nothing or if they can turn customers away they can clean up & get off early.
