Burritos Grill - New Orleans — Restaurant in New Orleans

I just started going to this place about a month ago. Always ordered birria tacos only. Ordered that tonight and was given carnitas, something I never ordered in my life. I got home and called back to let them know I received the wrong meal. I was hung up on. When I got back so that I can get what I ordered, the rude cashier/waiter hollered at me saying he had me on camera ordering something else. Not true and he never pulled it up. The other person he said heard me order carnitas could barely understand anything and just walked away. He continued arguing with me and gave me my money back, not even offering to re-do the meal (loss revenue). I just figured it was a mistake but he kept being condescending for no reason. I was in this place a few days ago accompanied by a friend, and the waitress not smiling, not friendly, and almost put pressure on us when we arrived, I think she must be from Honduras( my friend Ask her where she from), my friend paid the bill at the end of the dinner which was delicious and very good, but he gave the wrong card which did not have enough money, she came back give the receipt and act like we were suddenly Bad people , I gave my card she gave taken to settle the rest of the missing money she comes back with my receipt to sign, I sign and another receipt for the tip, I gave the tip, I check my bank account later, I see that they charged me more money, I didn't appreciate it, the food is excellent but poor quality of service, yet a few months ago I went to eat there and the waitress who was, received me and was...

Burritos Grill is right north of Interstate 10, housed in what looks like an old Tastee Restaurant building. The exterior and interior are simple and what one would expect (standard Mexican restaurant decor). The tables and chairs actually look like former Tastee furniture. Anyway, the chips were ordinary, but the salsa (red & green) were tastier and spicier than average. The lunch entree, Two Beef Enchiladas, Mexican Rice, and Refried Beans ($8.00), was quite good, hot, and fresh. My only criticism is that it could have had a little chopped lettuce & tomato salad to go with it. Overall, this is a good value for lunch or dinner (it closes at 8:00 pm).
