Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New Orleans

I went in place my order on the Kiosk machines. I order a 2 piece mixed mild combo and a chicken sandwich.. My 2 piece combo was placed in the box and I waited 10 minutes. Before I asked a manager about what piece of chicken I would like to have. She took my receipt to the back room make sure I get the correct order. I waited 10 more minutes when another customer came in from drive thur stating they gave her her order but she did not receive her chicken sandwich. At this time someone from the back stated they was putting them in the fryer. So that’s another 10 minutes I needed to wait. So I waited this make 30 minutes I have waited. I no asked once sandwich was done can I have fresh chicken. I was then told I will have to wait another 10 minutes. In the meantime while while I am waits the manger Niki from another store “canal st” was leaning on the counter. Not once did she acknowledge the problem or try to fix the problem. I was angry at the time I had to spend in this store waiting on my items. I asked for a manager and was told by her Niki I am a manger but from another store. And since I began fussing with her she was going to refund my money and give me my food I ordered. I asked where are the other managers and that’s when they appeared and apologized. But Nikki states she will be charging my cars since the other manger decided to give me my food . This is a horrible experience and I will not...

I normally don't post anything about food but that Popeyes on Read Blvd. In NOLA!!!! Smdh.....it took sooooooo long for me to get my food (35 plus minutes) but the killer part about it is that I still didn't get my food.They was taking care of the drive thru first before they took care of the poeple that was waiting in the inside for a long time.....it was so bad i had to get my money back,the manager was rude n very disrespectful n tried to argue with me. I told her that they should have communicated with us in the inside telling us that the chicken had to be cooked n that it will take a certain time to cook, then I would have been ok with that but she was rude n then the person that was giving the people they orders was rude too. I not even from NOLA...I'm from St.Louis, Mo. n for yall to be known for Popeyes Chicken it wasn't a good reputation, I wouldn't never ever go there again if I come down to NOLA!!!! Im pissed off n very very very disappoonted at what i experience at...

We had gone on vacation to Florida with my family so we passed through Louisiana on our way back. We stayed at a hotel across the street from this Popeyes and Lord did I not regret going here. The place was dirty, no serving plates or straws to just have juice. There was this rough looking lady who seemed to be the Manager and giving people instructions but the service was terrible. Popeyes is generally greasy but on this night it was burnt and too crispy to chew. The only thing I appreciated was the bread. We ordered at 7:20p but at 9:00p our orders were still not complete and being made. Cars were lined up and encroaching the lane on the nearby street, it was a disaster. I ate crackers and called it a night. Imagine driving all the way from Florida and getting to a place where you think you will finally relax for the night only to be welcomed by bad service. I think this Popeyes is better off closed. It is not a true representation of Louisiana Popeyes. I expected...
