Went to this location and I do not recommend.I attempted to go inside the establishment since drive thru was hitting the street. A lady with dreads and glasses who appears to be management yelled from inside “NO,NO, DRIVE THRU, DRIVE THRU!” I did proceed to the drive thru with caution, greeted the young lady who was very kind with blonde hair. When I got the window to get my order, I did see management and a young man remove chicken from boxes to put in warmer. I did find this odd but still took the risk, got my food everything was cold. The chicken resembled wet meat not crispy at all. This lead me to come back to the location since the food was not up to par. I was now able to enter Church’s. No one was greeted upon entry nor even acknowledged when time to order, only place I experienced this energy on New Orleans. The young man stared at me and said next, someone beside me stated he was new. That is still not an excuse to be rude. The manager with dreads came to resolve issue I explained to her what’s wrong. She then took the food I presented and used the same tongs to pick up chicken to go through my order. Rather than understanding or take fault for the incident she became aggressive. Stated she can only give me two wings mind you I didn’t ask for nothing I was genuinely confused on why my food looked so tainted. Not only that I ordered way more than two wings and brought every single thing back management was not treating me like an equal and was really nasty. I lost trust for the service and finally asked for a refund. She had me sign the copy of the receipt that was supposed to go to me, then refused to give me a receipt for refund. Read moreGood food. Long lines and long waits, bad Customer Service, the employees look worn out and they're dirty all over, from head to toe, including their bodies. Need more people working at the counters, more people cooking, and more people cleaning (especially the restrooms, eeeuuu disgusting!!!), if I'd seen the restrooms before I paid for my food, I wouldn't have ordered anything. When I got home, I was just too nauseated at what I'd seen in your restaurant, I couldn't get that vision of the unflushed toilet, the feces on the walls, the floor, and even the sink. I couldn't eat and enjoy the food, and I had a $50 order! Won't be back, no matter the good food. Yuk...

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your location on Chef Menteur Highway in New Orleans, LA. I placed an order and received only two of the items I paid for. Not only was the rest of my food missing, but what I did receive was incorrect.
The chicken and okra were both old and unappetizing, and to make matters worse, I found hair in the food. I also did not receive my drink or the peppers I ordered, which was very frustrating.
I expect a refund or a replacement for my full order. I would appreciate if this matter could be addressed as soon as possible, as this experience was extremely disappointing and below the standard I expect from Church’s Chicken.
