A no frills hibachi (mostly) take out spot buried in all the current construction on Broad. Parking is limited atm, but there is some on Banks. I ordered online for pickup but there is enough seating if you want to done in. It seems most people order togo. It reminds me of the hibachi/Chinese mall food court type of places. I waited to try them the first time until they had the oxtail hibachi(it sells out). I had been hearing things about how good they were. Same with the sushi taco, which I ordered the spicy tuna version of. The tuna taco was ok. I'm a sushi traditionalist, and have never been a fan of fried rolls. While flavor wise it was good, texturally it was gummy and chewy. That tracks with every other experience I've had with fried sushi rolls. I got the oxtail hibachi with veggies, noodles and rice. Everything was good. The veggies were fresh and crisp, my rice and noodles were cooked/flavored nicely. The oxtails, while good were slightly disappointing. Super tender and flavorful, they tasted more of soy than chili/garlic. IDK, I was thinking more chili crisp flavor, while these were more of a salty teriyaki. Not bad, just not what I was expecting. I was still sucking the marrow out and enjoying all that collagen. Not sure I would order it again as it's a little expensive, but I would come back for their chicken or steak hibachi. They need to give me more than one, not even half full cup of hibachi sauce though. It always smells so good driving past, and hopefully all the roadwork will...

I’ve supported this restaurant since they opened, visiting at least twice a week and overlooking issues like broken AC and even flies because I wanted to give them time to improve. Unfortunately, my last visit raised a serious food safety concern.

I watched an employee use the same glove — without any utensil — to scoop vegetables directly onto plates, then touch the order screen, and immediately return to handling food without changing gloves. This is a direct cross-contamination risk and, to my understanding, a violation of basic health department guidelines.

When I mentioned it to staff, the response was dismissive, which is even more concerning. I won’t be returning until I can trust that food handling protocols are in place and being followed. I truly hope management addresses this quickly — for the sake of their customers and...

Delicious food all around. Somewhat difficult to park and a little on the high end depending on what you get. You'll most likely spend around $10-$20 for just one item and a drink like a sushi taco and a drink or a hibachi plate. I would say it is worth it as there are even special hibachi plates to choose from such as oxtail and teriyaki lamb chops. I'll probably get that the next time I come as I wanted the sushi taco sampler: you can choose up to three ($25) and the Hibachi combo plate steak and chicken ($24). There's a couple of tables for inside dining. Come and try their sushi...

Honestly as soon as you walk in it smells so good. Nachos are a 11 out of 10, bang bang shrimp taco was okay I give it a six out of 10 in my opinion that once I go wasn't worth $8. The hibachi steak and shrimp was delicious I give it at 8 out of 10 definitely could use more flavor maybe more garlic but pour some of that yellow sauce on it and it'll add a little flavorbut definitely worth the price. Service was smooth easy and the music was great definitely will be back to try other menu items.
