I was very excited to try this place, however, the whole experience was a disappointment. First, the inside of the place is so hot. It’s almost 100 degrees outside why isn’t your a/c on?? Secondly, when I ordered my food the young boy (about 14-15) was confused on what I ordered and just turned around and stared at the menu until I pointed it out for him…. Thirdly, the chef was playing such loud music and rapping lyrics that weren’t the cleanest over music that was already playing on the store radio. It was pretty annoying considering you’re sweating waiting on a simple dish for 20 minutes. Now to the dish… I ordered the cacio e pepe which tasted far from it. It was pretty much just butter and cheese. I had to add pepper! That’s insane.

The only positive part of the whole experience was the free sample dessert they gave which was pretty tasty. Unfortunately, I will...

Partner ordered shrimp fusilli (receive linguine). I ordered farmers delight with vegan chicken and extra mushrooms.

Farmer’s Delight is supposed to be a veggie pasta and this is what I was served.

This was my first time trying Pasta On The Fly and the order was COMPLETELY wrong. His order has the olive oil drizzle and my order had some sort of cheese/cream on top. Barely any mushrooms despite us paying for extra. The shrimp and chicken were in his dish. Didn’t even send out utensils for us to eat with. I don’t eat meat or cheese. He can’t have tomatoes and his dish is full of them while mine is bare bones.

We spent $70 to have our dinner delivered after him being hospitalized for the last two days and was completely let down. Tried calling multiple times...

Not sure what all the hype is about…. Found this place on TiKTok and I’m a pasta lover so I figured we’d give it a shot… the place is really cute in a very eclectic area with lots of little shops and eateries. Well it’s standing room only and it’s very cute but it was not with the $45 we spent on two pasta entrees they both lacked flavor and the whole idea of fresh made I couldn’t really taste, it seemed like the pasta was par boiled and the sauce has no flavor at all! The fresh herbs and garlic were the best part. The sausage was under cooked… the entire meal was a waste of money but hey it was worth a shot. Just know we...

This place was an absolute delight! It was our first time visiting New Orleans from North Carolina and we now wish that we could take Pasta On The Fly home with us. The staff was amazingly friendly, the food was quick/super affordable/and Delicious! We ordered the Classic Spaghetti and Meatballs and Carbonara with Grilled Chicken! 100/10 would eat again!
