if you love your life, do not come here. I’ll work across the street, and I’ve came here two times, my last time being my last. The first time I went, the sandwich was OK just had problems with customer service. THIS TIME, Omg. The caucasian lady looked high as a kite, and her coworker didn’t even speak. he literally took our sandwich out the microwave and just looked at us, he didn’t even ask what did we want on it. So I ask “ you ready for me to tell you the toppings???” he shook his head yes. As i’m telling him, he then rings another a customer up, at this time I seen gnats flying everywhere, so I told him. He wrapped it up, and continued taking the other peoples order. Told him light mayonnaise, he put a BIG SLAB, I didn’t even get into it. I told him light mustard, another BIG SLAB, HE IS NOW THE REASON I ONLY ASK FOR PACKS OF MAYO/MUSTARD, do it myself at this point. Once I got to my job, I realized the lady put the wrong meat, it was supposed to be black forest ham, I don’t even know what meat she used. I think it was like bologna, or some type of club meat idk. Read moreI went here the other day. There were two women, which seems fine at first glance. The problem was that both of them were ill-educated, under trained and down right rude employees. One of them seemed like she knew what she needed to do, yet couldn't direct the other one to do her job. The second lady kept taking on/off her plastic gloves for no apparent reason, wasting time. I wanted two very simple sandwiches and somehow they were able to foul up a couple turkey & cheese's on wheat. They didn't even try to close the sandwiches before wrapping them up... just stuck it on paper and started rolling. Which of course got the insides of the sandwich all of the place. Read moreI called to place a catering order on 5/18/21 for pick up on 5/19/21. Spoke with a lady named Becky. She told me she didn't know how to take the order ,so, I needed to call back on 5/19/21. I asked if someone else could help since my event was for 5/19/21. She stated that the other person couldn't assist either. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was not one present and to call back the next morning. I kept pressing to speak to a manager to no avail. TERRIBLE customer service .......you lost out on a $300 catering order. I guess business at Subway is booming and you all do not need the money.
