Subway — Restaurant in New Palestine

So I did the online ordering twice. First time I went to pick up they didnt have it ready and I came an hour later. Said she didnt see it come through, no biggy, I waited patiently since stuff does happen in the busy food service.... second week ordered online, got told in front of all the other customers and other employee for me not to do the online ordering during 11-3 cause they are to busy for lunch, I said isn't that point of online ordering to help with the issue, If not then why do you offer it, she got real nasty with me and yelled at me and said horrible things in front of other customers who were looking at her like are you serious right now... then I called corporate about the situation. They had the manager at this store call me. She said she would fix the issue and was sending me coupon vouchers to give them another try.. and If anything was to go wrong again to please just call her. I'm still waiting 5 months later on these vouchers... and I will refuse to give this place another shot until I do cuz when the lady was to busy going off on me, she made my two footlongs so sloppy and they were not enjoyable. Good luck with this place. I believed the lady who called me who said she was excited to be bringing on a new manager and things should get more smoothly...

Very slow, nothing is covered, bread is never soft, always out of something every time, so now I drive to the one in Cumberland Indiana to avoid this terrible and I mean terrible subway. Owners need to invest in an overhaul of management and employee's. None of the.people that work here actually want to be there. Which is absolutely ruining this place. so this is an update from today, June 21, 2025. Where’s the meat it’s almost like every sandwich is a veggie sandwich come on guys put a little effort into the art of sandwich making TJ seems to put his effort into making a sandwich. I highly recommend seeing Subway when TJ is working. I would also highly recommend whoever runs that subway immediately promote TJ to management of sandwich...

Worse experience ever. Did mobile order just two sandwiches. Get there click I’m here but said stay in car be right out. After 15mins I went in and said I have a mobile order and been 15 mins since got here. They hadn’t even seen it or started making it. Then they barely put meat or cheese on sandwiches when I got the series sandwiches which it suppose to have 2x more then regular and pay more for it. I won’t be back and I wasn’t only one in there having same issues at least two others had mobile orders and were waiting long time and one guy that was walk-in left before ordering I would had also but I had already paid for food on app. did thank me...
