The people are almost always courteous, and the food is usually made well.
Unfortunately, there seems to be an endless stream of managerial issues that significantly hurt the place.
Most common of which is them outright refusing to answer the phone, or even leaving it off the hook, which is insane for a business to do. They'll claim the phone is down, but this happens so frequenly that it must be intentional, otherwise, it's managerial neglect to address the obvious issue.
Similarly, they constantly claim to have issues with the pizza portal, and the app only allows mobile orders at their location 25% of the time. When I can make a mobile order, I often have to wait in line because they didn't put the pizza in the portal, or the code I got doesn't work, which defeats the entire "skip the line" purpose of mobile orders.
They often lose track of the order in which they served people, often giving a pizza to the the third person in line who ordered one and making the first one to order wait.
Another minor, but increasingly annoying issue is how they only unlock one side of the door, which just seems bizarre, especially when I've witnessed several people in a row plowing into it expecting it to open. If the door is broken, get it fixed. Otherwise, what possible reason is there to leave it locked? It makes it difficult to get in and out for no reason. Especially when 2+ people are trying to enter and exit at the same time.
Final issue, is that almost 50% of the time, the pizza isn't cut all the way through and we have to tear it apart and make a mess. It should take 5 minutes to sharpen the knife, or train the employees to cut the...
Read moreFinally, someone doesn't try to create the wheel and making chicken wings. They were not dried out. They had a great texture. They weren't over breaded they were scrumdiddlyumptious. Do you know what I'm saying they were really good.
I don't normally like conglomerates, but they produce a great product and a very affordable price so I won't consider them a conglomerate lol thank you guys for not over cooking a chicken wing lol serious
It is rampant across the country I'm really close to getting back after a disastrous last 2 1/2 months I was stranded in a hurricane have spent many thousands and thousands of dollars trying to survive. I made it to the bar next-door to just take a break and have a beer for Saturday evening .
I quickly showed up. They were very busy at the time when it was my turn they jumped right into action made it really simple. I said, surprise me on the flavors. They were both very good. One was garlic Parmesan, and the other was BBQ or something regardless, any flavor would've been really good because they don't overcook the wings. Hello listen up a America these guys know how to cook some wings , thanks again you guys what would Paul Harvey say about...
Read moreSo I decided to get the classic meal deal it’s supposed to come with a pepperoni pizza, crazy bread and a 2 L plus I got cheesy bread on the side and I added sausage to my pizza thinking it would be a $1 to $1.50 extra for the extra topping, went in there, nope it was $4 more and they said that the extra topping wasn’t included in the meal deal and that’s just the way that it rings up in their system and I understand that but why would they not tell me on the phone that it would be $4 extra to add the extra topping onto it because it doesn’t come with it, if I would’ve known that I would’ve never got the meal. And then I get down the road and realized that they forgot my marinara sauce, so I had to turn all the way back around to get it. Plus they have a bunch of kids working there and they were all being really really loud and then the manager had to turn around and yell at them because they were being so obnoxious. Literally ridiculous and poor...
