One star because zero wasn't an option. I placed my order online (2 footlongs and 3 bags of Sun chips) so I could get in & out. I arrived around 6:45pm and was the only customer there. I walked in the door and 3 employees were behind the counter but apparently none of them know how to say "Hello" or greet a customer. So I said "Hi! I had placed a mobile order?" One employee disappeared to the back and the other two both pointed directly across the room at the "To-go shelf." (Still not a single word spoken.) I picked up the sack my footlongs we're in and I asked "Where do I pick up the chips?" The young man said "Should be in there." Clearly the sack wasn't big enough to fit everything in them, but he insisted I rip it open to check. When I said "no" he asked me if I was sure. I said "Yes, where do you keep them?" There were none out in the store anywhere. He said "Maybe chips are back here" It took him literally two seconds to go behind the door and hand me them. Not sure why he didn't do that to begin with, or why they weren't sitting with the rest of my order. I also wish someone would've offered me a bag for everything. Since nobody had anything to say, I told them all to have a great day... But I definitely will not be returning. Very unprofessional staff, not welcoming at all, and makes you feel like a burden for wanting what you've already paid for.    Read moreThe counters were disgusting, trash was pouring out of the holes where they put the white papers, there are crumbs all over tables every time Iâm in there. I ordered three subs and as Iâm trying to order they were trying to take apart the sandwich station, and were moving around the bread oven blocking the toaster oven and the young girl and boy working there were too busy messing around and as the girl was saying âI need to get to the toaster to toast her breadâ the boy there kept saying âyouâre gonna have to waitâ and kept giggling. I did not appreciate feeling rushed while simultaneously being kept there longer than I should have been. The worker also asked me to grab a cup for them, which I didnât mind however I wish they would have been focusing on clean fast and reliable service. They got the bread wrong on two of my sandwiches, and my sub was not toasted. I was in there for around 15-18 minutes, and I was the only customer in line. Not sure if there was a manager there, but the kids running the store shouldnât have been doing it on their own because clearly, they canât handle it and cannot take their jobs seriously. I am a manager in a restaurant and couldnât imagine people I have trained representing my store in such a way. Overall, cleaning, service and professionalism were absent in my experience.    Read moreLast Wednesday around 7pm we were the only customers. When we walked in the girl was wiping tables and continued to wipe tables for two more minutes. Finally she goes behind the counter. But instead of taking our order she calls for the other employee that was busy in the kitchen to make our sandwiches? She goes back to wipe the tables again? Finally after two more minutes he asked her to go ahead and take our order because he was busy. Due to the fact that she done things out of order AND refills her ingredients during the process our subs were cold and sloppily put together....
