Your Pizza Shop — Restaurant in New Philadelphia

Usually swear by this place. Best wings and jojo's in town. Not the case tonight and just had them a few months back with a terrible experience. Decided to try them again. Didnt get the pepperoni roll that was part of the daily deal, ordered breaded cheesestix which are the deep fried mozzarella stix and literally got soggy breadsticks with cheese, wings were definitely double dip fried that were hard and looked old, 6 jojo's that were very small and skinny and cold and hard, onion rings I had to toss back in the air fryer that were still horrible after that. Few months back we ordered from them and ordered 10 sweet chili boneless wings and 10 spicy garlic....what we received was 20 boneless sweet chili, ordered 6 jojo's and opened the box and there was 2, ordered 2 orders of mozzarella stix.....got one full order but the other order had 4 missing from it. Not one to complain at all but this has happened one to many times now. As I'm writing this I'm waiting for them to bring the right food items. I called at 8:18 and still waiting for the right things to arrive. We online ordered at 650 and didnt get food until 820. Which is worth the wait if the food is good.When I called the gentleman on the phone seemed super annoyed with me. You've lost a loyal customer. I can't justify spending money here for...

Today, the date November 24th, 2024, I placed an order through Doordash that was about $130 to feed my pregnant sister. And I placed this order at 6:05. They confirmed the order, and then canceled it just about two minutes later. we contacted them and they answered the phone with the words "is this for pickup or delivery" insinuating that I am calling within business hours. We are then told that they closed at 6 PM tonight. their website says they're still open and when I called again, they told me they close at 10 PM. the same person who lied to me then told me he didn't know what I was talking about. I call bull because your voice is VERY recognizable. I have been going to different “Your Pizza” shops for many years including this one. Clear back when they were located by Monroe Mall. Its always been a favorite. Its a 1.5 hr drive for me one way to get what use to be my favorite pizza 😔 The prices are going up and I get that BUT the quality should not go down. I picked up a pizza yesterday and it was pretty raw inside. I spoke to the gentleman at the counter he stated thats the way their crust is 🤷🏻‍♀️ I asked if he could put it back in the oven for just a couple min. He did, however when I got my pizza back the toppings were burnt and the crust was hard like a rock and burnt. I ordered another pizza and once again it was doughy (raw) in the middle.
