Let me start off by saying I had a wonderful review.. I then deleted it... I was impressed with the food the first couple of times I was there... One day I called for a pick-up order they took my order over the phone . When I got there I guess they forgot to make it.. The gentleman who took my order was on the phone at the tables and ignored me..The gentleman at the grill saw me waiting for about 10 minutes and finally came to the front. I had explained that I had phoned my order in , but they did not have it. He proceeded to rush my food , He did not clean the grill before starting my food, there as giving it a horrific burnt taste , with grease dripping of of it..Im highly disappointed Osaka ,You can do better than this.. Thank goodness for the soy sauce packet I dropped from my last Panda Express meal. The noodles & chicken lacked salt, or more teriyaki sauce, but you will be charged for all the extras, like the hot sauce at .25 for an ounce.
