Litty's Cakes and Cookies — Restaurant in New Philadelphia

This place has gone so far downhill. Used to be my favorite place to get my birthday cakes. But this year they ruined my birthday.. first of all, they didn't ask, thought I was a boy because of my name. Was nowhere even close to what I had asked for It was supposed to be bright and vibrant instead I got orange and brown. Literally the only colors. To try to make it more girly I ask them to scrape off the top and add flowers and boy does that make it worse.. got it home, The side of the cake was bulging, and later on it fell apart and the top half just slid right off.. but tasting that awful cake, It tasted like it comes in frozen now and it was so over-baked that the icing was not staying on the sides because of how crumbly it was and it just tasted so bad. At my nephew's wedding we all agreed that this was the best cake we had ever tasted! I then drove an hour just to get a cake for my granddaughter's baptismal celebration. I then discovered these wonderful little delicacies that they make called pettifores (sp?). They are a bite sized ho ho cake dipped in chocolate ganache. Oh My Goodness!!!! This place is a hidden gem. Although I don't know how hidden it is. By that I mean folks come from pretty far away, like a county or two away just to get their cakes and cookies. But you know what?
