Where do I start… the moment we sat down it took a few minutes to have our server greet us, she didn’t offer any drink specials or appetizers just asked if we were ready to order. We ordered the shrimp francese and the 14 oz ribeye with roasted potatoes and seasonal veggies. The francese was great, 6 huge shrimp on there. The garlic rolls were also good. The Cesar salad we got with our dinners could have had a little more dressing. The problem was with my ribeye dinner. First and foremost, I ordered roasted potatoes as my side and they brought out mushroom risotto. I detest mushrooms, they didn’t take my plate and redo it, so I had to shove them to the side and they brought me out a separate plate with the potatoes. Once I ate those I threw the risotto on the other plate. The red Merlot reduction wasn’t on the steak it came on the side, thank god because it was awful. The seasonal veggies were just huge pieces of zucchini, onions, peppers and a few broccoli pieces. The peppers didn’t even have all the seeds cleaned out of them. They were steamed and so bland. My friend tried the risotto and said it was mushy and awful. It took us asking another server to grab our server to get her to bring us our to-go boxes and check. Also the lighting dimmed down so bad it was hard for our eyes to adjust and made me feel sleepy and ready to leave. For $60 for two meals I’m not happy at all and won’t come back.

I read multiple reviews before ordering so I will try to address my experience from previous reviews. I called in my order for the first time and the girl on the phone was nice and, just like any place, let me know my total before my pizza came. I ordered a large supreme pizza and wings. The pizza came loaded with delicious toppings and was PERFECTLY cooked. The wings were plump and the sauce was on point. They told me it would be here within an hour (I ordered on a Saturday night about 9pm) and it was here on or before that time. The delivery driver was cool and I tipped him well because I feel I am a little to the edge of their delivery area (Also, if you tip well in a restaurant, tip your driver well. They actually PAY to get your food to you). Overall, I am fully satisfied with this order. I hate to see negative reviews but I understand stuff happens. as a first time customer I will call back. Some pretty damn good stuff.

We ordered multiple pizza pies to feed our family and friends in October. One pie was a meatball pepperoni pie which was terrible.(per the family) and burnt. The manager said he would credit us that pie in the future Tonight I called to see if we could get a veggie pie or calzone instead of the meat pie. The young man said they could do only a calzone. That was fine. I asked for green pepper, onion and mushroom ( I’m a vegetarian). I waited 35 min and picked it up. I cut it across when I got home and it was some kind of meat with a few of the veggies .i called and the girl said i got a green pepper onion and mushroom calzone. No, I didn’t but I’m not arguing over a calzone. Disappointed. Down the garbage shoot. No more chances with this place. Two other excellent Italian places nearby that always serve up delicious food with a smile.Bye Joeys✌️

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We ordered 2 pasta lasagna trios and 1 lasagna to go. Our meals came with soup or salad plus the garlic rolls. The food was ok, but the service is the worst I have ever encountered. My friend picked up our order and brought it home. She arrived with two small bags double tied by the handle. One bag contained the salads and rolls. The styrofoam containers were crushed and I had to transfer it to plates. The second bag was very heavy and tied so tight that I had to cut the bag open with scissors. The lasagna on top was fine. The trio in the middle was slightly crushed by the weight of the lasagna. The bottom trio was crushed so bad that the sauce filled the bag. There was a very thin paper plate at the bottom of the food. I think this piece of paper was supposed to act as support. All of the cheese and lasagna were stuck to the top of the plastic lid. The food was packed in thin aluminum trays and thin plastic lids. My friend called and asked to speak to a manager. A very nice girl named Michelle answered. We offered to bring the crushed trio back. She apologized and said a driver would bring us another order. At that point I threw it away. The greasy sauce was all over my counter and I threw the lid in the trash. I then put the food down the disposal. It was about 10 minutes later a driver arrived. He asked for the crushed trio. He refused to give us the new order until we gave him the damaged order which we had thrown away. We called back and spoke to Michelle again. I want to state how very professional she was. She apologized and didn't understand why the driver did what he did. She put us on hold and the Owner came on the phone. He was very rude and very unprofessional. He was yelling at Michelle in the background. We told him that we didn't have the food it was in the trash. He then told us that he would have the driver come in and dig it out of our trash. The driver was ringing our doorbell while we were on the phone with the manager/owner. He was demanding that we collect the order out of the trash and give it to him. At this point we hung up the phone. We never asked for free food. We just wanted to comment on how poorly the packaging was for the carryout. I just don't think it's very professional to treat your customers like they are thieves or liars when your employees lack of packaging skill is the issue. Should 10 pounds of food be thrown in one thin plastic bag? Shouldn't it have been packaged in two separate bags? Maybe sir you should listen to your customers when they try to explain things to you instead of treating them so poorly. I'm sure you don't care at all, but I will never be back.

Word of advice to any restaurant locally...find Michelle and hire her. She doesn't deserve to be treated the way she was because of her superior customer...

Catering.

My mother decided to have Joey's cater her wedding mid December. She has been ordering food from them for sometime and also has been in there. She loved there service and food. Being a small business owner she always tries to keep others in mind.

When she decided to have them cater she had went in to place her order. Spoke to Joey himself. When asking for a catering sheet or information he had said he didn't have any. So she went off what he recommended. He then wrote it down on a slip of paper, tossed behind the register and wrote down a quote of $275 and what was order on a piece of paper. When she asked Joey if he'd be the one to deliver and set up. He scoffed and said "No, i have people do that for me." That was the last she heard from him till the day of the wedding.

Day of wedding. Come to find out he had forgotten our catering order, our delivery was late, HE HAD TO SET UP(was not happy), order was not correct, food was cold, some food was cut others were not. He then went to kitchen and was cleaning/rinsing his kitchen utensils in her sink. As he did he splattered sauce all over her walls and didn't clean it. As my mom is not to focus on the food i did my best to keep her out of this problem. Was hard as many people noticed all of these things and mentioned them to her. Not the kind of thing you want to stress about on your wedding day.

Days later when her husband went to pay he charged him $407!! After being quoted the $275. When she called to question it he rudely replied with "Well do you have the paper to prove it? Also i threw in an extra plate of mushrooms!" She then went on to tell him everything that was wrong with order and what went wrong. He refused to acknowledge and say "prove it.".

We would not recommend them now will we be going back. Very sorry to say it. Service in the...

Where do I begin. All around HORRIBLE experience. My husband and I ordered carry out for valentines day. The girl that answered the phone was extremely rude, rushed through taking my order and hung up before I was even finished ordering. Thank God considering how awful the food was. She lied and side garlic knots and marinara came with our meals. Which it did not. After returning home with our order we realized they forgot our soup. No biggie accidents happen and they were a little busy. I ordered the chicken marsala. The chicken was rubbery and the sauce was basically water down black pepper gravy. It was the worst marsala I've ever tasted. My cesar salad was soggy. Not edible. My husband got the chicken alfredo. Again the chicken was rubbery and dry. The Alfredo sauce was flavorless and bland. It was actually dry to the touch. Odd for SAUCE to be dry. Domino's chicken alfredo is better and much cheaper. For our son I got the spaghetti and meatball. The marinara was okay but the meatball was spicy. Which of course caused my son to stop eating and refused to eat anything else. I tried the meatball. It was not only spicy but it was soggy....how? I would have returned the food immediately but we live 20 mins away and it was already after 9pm by the time we finished eating from our own kitchen. Upset over the entire ordeal I decided it would be better to deal with it the next day. I returned this evening after work to explain to the manager what happened and brought all the food with me.

The manager didn't offer ANY kind of reimbursement even a partial, no remake, no something different, nothing. Oh but he'll talk with the cooks from last night.

It's not like we spent $30 and were unhappy. We spent $50 and had a horrible experience. First and last time we'll ever order from here. Very...
