Hibachi wings express — Restaurant in New Port Richey

Walk in to place my order. I ordered Steak and Chicken Hibachi with a side of extra veggies. I was asked how i wanted my steak cooked, I replied Medium. Paid for my order and took a seat to wait. After a few minutes employee comes out with a shopping bag and says your order is ready. I walk up and look in the bag, I said this is not my order. Oh yes sorry she says. A few more minutes and she gives me a bag with my order. I leave and drive home, open the bag and containers, to find out no rice in the order. I call and she says oh sorry, you can come back and I'll give it to you. So after eating my soup, veggies, and meat. First the steak is cooked well done not medium. The veggies have no flavor and the chicken and steak are overcooked. I finished that part of my meal and drive back to pickup the rice. I walk in and she hands me a container and says. "I'm not perfect". Clearly that is a true statement, as she tried to hand me someone else's order, screwed up my order. Knowing this, I will avoid this place as I have no reason to be disappointed again and someone who obviously is incompetent to be the only one in the front of the house,...

I am very disappointed with this place. My wife and I noticed this place a couple of weeks before it opened while were driving and stopped because the food on the posters looked great. Fast forward to today we see the place is open and go inside to order. First off the place wasn't clean. It was as if they just threw the place together so that they could open without fully cleaning up the mess from the construction. Then we looked at the menu and quickly realized that what was on the posters on the window was not on the menu. My wife went outside and looked again to see what we wanted. We tried to order what was pictured and the man behind counter said "we don't make that. The pictures are just there to get people to come in." They literally admitted to falsely advertising other people's food to attract customers...lol. Because I had to work we just ordered a chicken hibachi meal and left. The food was bland. Was really hoping for Chinese food, but.....lol, IT WAS GREAT! I'm not sure how much some people eat, but after reading reviews, I was NOT expecting so much FOOD! The crab rangoons are SO GOOD!!! The steak was cooked PERFECTLY (that i did not get a picture of 🙄) , and the shrimp was AWESOME! The soup was absolutely delicious!!! There was so much food, neither my husband nor I were able to eat everything! The dining room was so nicely updated! I loved that all the tables were clean!!
