Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in New Richmond

Pretty good. I ordered two campfire mocha coolers for my boyfriend and his friend and an iced vanilla northern lite latte for me. Only thing I noticed were the campfire mochas were a little bit soupy. I got my latte but it was hot.. didn’t really want to ask for my drink remade because the barista was a bit cranky but also didn’t really want a hot drink. I asked her if I could have it remade iced and she was very nice about it, except accidentally made me a caramel iced latte instead of vanilla. Accidents happen, still super yummy! Did a mobile order and when I came to pick it up their grill was shut off 45 min early so I couldn't get the sandwich I paid for and then was told I'd be compensated for the sandwich and never was. Then when I returned a couple days later the kind workers reached out to their manager who told them I'd have to reach out to customer service because they can't issue refunds. Very unfortunate that this business can't just issue a simple refund for a $7 sandwich. The cashiers did what they couldn't and were kind and helpful but I will not be ordering...

It’s nice to finally be treated like a customer rather than the trash you get treated like at the Osceola location. Very friendly staff, they were busy but still very nice. Maybe caribou could take the manager from Osceola and have her do some training at the New Richmond location since the New Richmond staff managed to be friendly. I’m seriously blown away that the manager in Osceola is allowed to be rude EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in and Caribou is ok with it. So unfortunate because I will now go out of my way to not go to the Osceola...
