Update - shower pressure was better this time, however having housekepping banging on doors at 7:30a to clean rooms was very excessive, not to mention at 8:30, one of the housekeepers singing outloud with her headphones on in the hallways while shes cleaning.. i couldnt believe the disrespect for paying guests. I said something to the front desk while it was happening, explaining not all guests have to check out everyday, and that its rude for guests still sleeping.. the front desk managers response was an eye roll, and said "well, sorry, shes expressive!".. absolutely no form of understanding the hospitality business at all here.. complete disrespect to the guests trying to sleep.. its basically a sorority house..

Read moreWhile the hotel itself was clean and fairly well-maintained, the behavior and attitudes of the staff made our stay extremely unpleasant. From the very beginning, we felt more unwelcome than accommodated. We were yelled at for playing music at a perfectly reasonable volume, and the following day I was scolded simply for knocking on my sister’s door—at 11:30 in the morning. On another day, the breakfast that was supposed to be included with our stay was simply not put out at all.
The overall treatment from the employees was consistently negative: constant dirty looks, unhelpful responses, and a refusal to even replace basic necessities like bath towels when asked. It genuinely felt as though the staff resented having guests there, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere throughout our entire visit.
It reached the point where my family and I decided to cut our trip short and leave a day early, simply to avoid feeling so unwanted. It’s truly unfortunate, because the hotel itself had potential, but the staff’s unprofessionalism and hostility overshadowed everything. I would not recommend this...

We have stayed here before. Never again will that happen. We showed up after work at 9:00pm rooms booked. He immediately complained that he just got here and seemed to be already having a bad day. Then he proceeded to make all my people give the IDs. I know how it works I’m paying for the hotel for my guys you only need mine. One of the people who work for me had beer. Everyone is of age. He proceeded to tell us he can call the cops if he thinks there is under aged drinking. We told him he could because no one is underaged and proceeded to be rude and tell us that he doesn’t know how old we are. After Checking in rooms one by one and sending my guys to them for about 15-20min. He made them come back because the card got declined because he was running them all as separate transactions.
